Lovely print and frame matched very well , and really happy with overall look. There was no instruction how to remove the plastic film , i think this needs addressing.

I love the prints from Desenio ! However, I still haven’t received my order. I ordered 10 days before Christmas as a present ! We’re now into January and I still haven’t got my delivery, it has been nearly 4 weeks :(

Not had order delivered. No response from email chasing it up. When you call through day there is a nessage saying customer service open tomorrow...but it never is.

Absolutely disgusted with the customer service or should i say lack of it. Had no idea how to contact other than a virtual assistant My parcel was sent to a parcel shop in Gosport. I live on the Isle of Wight.( across the water) I was charged £4.99 for this. I tried to even make contact before parcel was dispatched as I noticed the mistake. I contacted the store my parcel went to. The guy I spoke to said it happens alot and returned my parcel to sender. Me thinking as I'd been in to touch they would re send to my home address. Instead they charged me 9.99 for this and told me to re order. What an absolute Joke. £15 and I don't get the posters???. I have used this company before with no issue. Never again. What an absolute rip off and especially when the cost of living is already unbearable. Didn't even deserve one star.

Disappointed with customer service

We’ve always had great service when ordering prints from Desenio but we are disappointed after purchasing a large frame from them. Unfortunately the 100 x 150cm frame arrived damaged (huge crack in the glass), this sometimes can’t be helped but there was nothing to protect the frame as it was just in a cardboard box with no extra packaging. I have emailed customer services and have had no response from anyone for over a week. The contact phone number always states they are closed and no one replies on Instagram. This frame is not cheap, £175 when not discounted. I would love to have a response from Desenio as to how I get a refund?!

Due to a higher amount of questions to the customer service, we had a longer responding time. But we strive to respond to the customer in 24 hours. I ended up paying nearly seven pounds in delivery and shipping charges for an item that was worth just over eight. And I might have just been about ok with that if it had been delivered to my door, but somehow (and could have been user error on my part) it was delivered to a Tescos a couple of miles away. When you have my billing address, why would I want to pay over seven pounds in delivery charges to have to go somewhere else to collect. A complete pain and a waste of a couple of time collecting at the weekend. On the plus side, the poster was damaged, hence I didn't give one star

My time is not compensated

when I get my order it has been damaged. ıt was broken. I wrote to customer services and they send me another one again but the second one has been damaged as well. There wasn't any protection. I am waiting nearly 10 days, but I have not any solid items. I fed up with and request to refund. After all they accepted and said the refund take a time up to 14 days. but now, I have not an item, I have not my money still. this solution is not grace, this is already expectingly. but my time is not compensated.

Damages goods, slow customer service.

Ordered two personalised photos as Christmas presents, when they arrived they weren't packaged properly and were damaged - I was told they would be replaced - then a week later told they can't be replaced due to a technical fault and i will be refunded in 14 days and to reorder with 10% discount - I jad 20% on original order- still waiting to here back and now without 2, what I thought would be, lovely gifts.

Very poor after sales service

Unfortunately I did not have a good experience - I only received 4 items out of 5 via their delivery partner. I have raised online complaints via their website and tried to speak with an advisor for over 6 working days but their phone service has an Out of Office message. My account has been debited for items not received and no one in Desenio available to either reply to my mails or answer a phone call.

Delivery was quite slow and return process poor

Delivery was quite slow. I was informed a few days after ordering that one of the prints would not be available and would be refunded but this was part of an intended set. On trying to return the other prints that where no use without the other one I was informed I would have to cover the postage cost of nearly £10 which was more that the print I wanted to return.

Delayed delivery, missing item and cracked frames

Placed the ordered on 1st December and received on 14th December. 1 of the 6 frames I ordered was missing from the order. In addition, 4 out of the 5 frames arrived have cracked corner. Really bad quality. Customer service doesn't response to me. Overall awful experience.

The site a scam. They import the products for cheaper from Czechia and sell in the UK. They also ship from there when you buy and the products never arrive. Never again.

The product was not fit for sale

Product not fit for sale - very bad quality. Website does not show product defaults, bad quality of the product and hides behind poor UX on the website that doesn't allow detailed look at picture. An obtuse description about 'not gold foil' doesn't describe that the gold print is very patchy. I have suggested that product should not be sold. The response from Desenio is disingenuous. A bad brand

Prints arrived on cheap card, poor print clarity/quality

Prints arrived on cheap card, print quality was poor - looked like I had done it at home on my cheap printer (or could probably have created better quality at home actually)! This is a change from previous prints I've ordered from Desenio which were on higher quality paper and more clarity of print quality. Disappointing. Makes me not want to order anything again in future.

Paid for delivery of order to home. Had to pick up order from courier store in different town from my home. Why pay for service I didn’t get? Asked for answers and have had none. Poor customer service. Item received had been opened & poorly repacked causing damage prior to my collection. Customer services eventually made contact reference this but not the delivery matter
