Lovely print and frame matched very well , and really happy with overall look. There was no instruction how to remove the plastic film , i think this needs addressing.

I love the prints from Desenio ! However, I still haven’t received my order. I ordered 10 days before Christmas as a present ! We’re now into January and I still haven’t got my delivery, it has been nearly 4 weeks :(

Easy to order and excellent service. The frames and prints arrived well packaged. The frame assembly was easy and I am happy with my purchases. Just what I wanted for my bedroom.

Yet again 🙄 The frame is so poorly made that one corner is not completely joined. I have used black felt tip to make it less visible that it is faulty. Exactly the same thing happens with my last order. Although the artwork looks good, the frames are pretty poor quality and it’s only Perspex not glass.

You would be better off without the…ss

You would be better off without the integration of Klara it left a bad taste for our payment by a debit card which also disrupted the Evri aps ability to keep track of the order and delivery owing to the initial errors on-boarding Klara.

Awful 😡

Item was sent out through the delivery company EVRi…. 2 failed attempts to deliver to my address and 2 laughable excuses!! When frames and print’s finally arrived, they were badly damaged! Have messaged to complain… absolutely nothing back! Awful service and awful items!

My order has still not arrived. This was ordered over two weeks ago... I have heard nothing from Desenio on how this is being resolved and don't know when the artwork will arrive. Very very disappointing. I have paid over £200 and have nothing to show for it! It would be nice if a representative from Desenio had got in touch with me...
