Lovely print and frame matched very well , and really happy with overall look. There was no instruction how to remove the plastic film , i think this needs addressing.

I love the prints from Desenio ! However, I still haven’t received my order. I ordered 10 days before Christmas as a present ! We’re now into January and I still haven’t got my delivery, it has been nearly 4 weeks :(

Good choice of artwork

A good range of poters to choose from. Posters arrived on time in secure packaging. Good quality. Can't comment on frames as I recycled some from a previous project.

The paper is ageing-resistant and we've chosen to use a matte surface for a high-quality feel with no glare. Delivery was quite slow and return process poor

Delivery was quite slow. I was informed a few days after ordering that one of the prints would not be available and would be refunded but this was part of an intended set. On trying to return the other prints that where no use without the other one I was informed I would have to cover the postage cost of nearly £10 which was more that the print I wanted to return.
