DHL SENT ME AN EMAIL AT 0846 TO SAY THAT MY ORDER WOULD BE WITH ME AT BETWEEN 08:45 AND 12:00 NOON SO I WAS NOT HAPPY THAT IT CAME AT 15:30 AND ALL THE ICE PACKS HAD DEFROSTED AND THE ITEMS WERE NOT CHILD AS THEY SHOULD HAVE BEEN I TOLD THE DRIVER WHY WAS HE SO LATE AND HE SAID ITS MY ROUND TO BIG, I WILL NOT BE USING ANY OF THE ITEMS AS THEY ARE ALL FRESH.
