Order caviar on Sunday for a 40th birthday party on the Wednesday.
Caviar did not arrive on time.
Extremely disappointed, was looking forward to a new experience shared with friends who had flown in from abroad.
Website claims 'free next day delivery'. Trash and lies. I will be making sure that if anyone ever mentions thinking of ordering from you they are advised against wasting their time, effort and heartache.

thank you for your feedback. We are very sorry your delivery did not arrive on time. We use a third-party courier to deliver the parcels and despite raising our concerns multiple times, they were still unable to deliver your parcel in time. We are taking this matter very seriously and are working with the third-party courier exploring solutions to prevent this from happening in the future. A full refund has already been sent to your account and we apologise for the inconvenience caused.
