DHL SENT ME AN EMAIL AT 0846 TO SAY THAT MY ORDER WOULD BE WITH ME AT BETWEEN 08:45 AND 12:00 NOON SO I WAS NOT HAPPY THAT IT CAME AT 15:30 AND ALL THE ICE PACKS HAD DEFROSTED AND THE ITEMS WERE NOT CHILD AS THEY SHOULD HAVE BEEN I TOLD THE DRIVER WHY WAS HE SO LATE AND HE SAID ITS MY ROUND TO BIG, I WILL NOT BE USING ANY OF THE ITEMS AS THEY ARE ALL FRESH. I ordered foie gras for 19 December, having clicked that date on the website, but it was delivered on 5 December and may well not be ok for Christmas Eve, which is when we want it for. It appears there is a glitch in the website and somehow it reverted to 5 December.
