Quality items as described.
Took around 2 weeks for delivery but arrived well packaged. Once opened the cushions took less than an hour to expand to the right size and be useable.
Very well made, really comfortable, good value.
Advised delivery 7 to 10 days ago. Having found the courier item cleared from U.K. customs 30/4. 6/5 it says the item is in Poland.
Customer services say it was the Bank Holiday and customs that caused the delay yet tracking says otherwise.
It’s now 8/5 and despite not having received the item this is the second request for feedback I’ve received. Customer services answered quickly but I’m not convinced with the reply.
