This smart watch strap fits snug onto my watch it looks smart with my watch. It even fits round my wrist splints which is great as most straps aren't long enough to go around my splints and still be able to do it up.the strap does it's job well I'm happy with my purchase.

There was only one size and I assumed it would fit all sizes of wrist - however it was too large for me which was a great shame because it was ideal otherwise.
I returned it to you on 28 March but the return app is still just saying announced, not en route. I have a certificate of posting - photo attached.
When can I expect the refund due?

How unfortunate that the strap didn't fit your wrist. We have other straps in different material that could probably fit your wrist size. Our customer service will contact you and probably see how they can help you but since you have opted for a refund, this can only be granted upon reception of your return in accordance to our return policy. Website easy to navigate and competitive prices. Placed an order and unfortunately something went awry but as son as I pointed out I was still expecting delivery the item the company investigated and dispatched the item.

The watch straps are fine and the initial handling of the package good until Royal Mail got their hands on it and mishandled it for 2 weeks before I followed it up by going into the local sorting office. I trust this was an isolated case!

Straps appears to be good quality but is a little large for my wrists (18cm / 7.5"). As a result it's held in place by two small strips of velcro. I'll have to see how long it lasts.
