There was only one size and I assumed it would fit all sizes of wrist - however it was too large for me which was a great shame because it was ideal otherwise.
I returned it to you on 28 March but the return app is still just saying announced, not en route. I have a certificate of posting - photo attached.
When can I expect the refund due?

How unfortunate that the strap didn't fit your wrist. We have other straps in different material that could probably fit your wrist size. Our customer service will contact you and probably see how they can help you but since you have opted for a refund, this can only be granted upon reception of your return in accordance to our return policy.
