Absolute rubbish. The watch cover was too small, didn't fit the buttons & kept popping off. Tried to order another but was forced to have refund instead. Bought elsewhere & got 3 perfect covers for the same price which fit perfectly!!

Very very slow customer service. It’s like ordering something from the other side of the world. I know I accidentally ordered the wrong item, but a return and replacement should be more straightforward and rapid.

Extremely poor quality

I actually left this review on their own website, but it went straight to "moderating" and was never posted by them. My experience with them has been shoddy. The watch strap was cheaply made, very uncomfortable to wear, due to the poor choice of plastic material used, and there was damage around the strap holes Not sure what this "fabric" was supposed to be. I've asked for a refund but I'm being offered a replacement instead. Haven't heard anything further since yesterday, so who knows if it'll be actioned. By the way, you are not dealing with a UK company, despite having a .co.uk domain name. Misleading

Poor quality starp and dismissive response.

I bought 2 Milanese style straps at the end of April, one self coloured silver for my wife and mine in grey. The silver one has been fine but the grey strap has shed the coating on the magnetic catch, in fact it's so thin I can mark it with a fingernail. This wear is despite very little use as I wear an old watch when doing anything which might scratch the watch, I'm retired so no desk work, wear the watch on my left wrist and am right handed. In my view this is unacceptable and poor quality so I emailed Smartwatch-straps with 'photos and asked for comments and received a polite but brief reply stating it was outside of their 6 month guarantee. I actually didn't request replacement just feedback but the comment made me investigate further and I can find no reference whatsoever to any guarantee only their 100 day return policy which certainly isn't 6 months. Needless to say I'm very disappointed with the quality and will buy my next strap elsewhere. We have just bought a smartwatch for my daughter and had intended to buy her the same strap as bought for my wife but will not now buy from this company. I did reply to them saying that but they haven't bothered to reply. If I was allowed to give 0 stars I would have done so.

The returns process was so tedious. The customer service rep was not clear on how I could return the parcel no matter how many times I asked for clear instructions and I ended up having to pay almost £20 to send the package back to them. They take forever to respond to emails and don’t pick up their phones when you call. The worst customer service experience I’ve had ever.
