Dissapointing Delivery Times.
I ordered this product with a guarantee of a 4 working day delivery. Unfortunately it arrived 10 days after I placed the order, which was somewhat inconvenient, causing me a lot admin time chasing things up. I ordered 4 'pallets', but it arrived loose stacked at a height of about 8ft on 2 loose pallets with some light parcel wrap around some of it. Subsequently it all had to be handballed off the wagon ( by myself with driver assistance ). I'm not even sure the correct quantity arrived as there was no paper work with it? Maybe it was damaged on route? Who knows. The product itself seems decent enough. However, a lot of panels didn't mesh together as well as others so we ended up screwing it together to stop it drifting out of it's pattern any further. If you don't need it in a hurry it seems good value for money. What I can confirm is that with the membrane glued to the base, the stones / gravel don't disappear into the sub-base when in installed, potentially limiting the quantity of the surface finish required.

Thank you for your feedback. Our apologies for the inconvenience with the delivery. Normally we can deliver the gravel grids within 4 working days. As mentioned in our emailcontact there were some other problems with the delivery.
We have checked the photos of the delivery. Pallets of gravel grids will be stacked and put on each other in the trunk. If you miss grids, please let us know. We will do our best to look for a solution for you. The grids have a height of ca. 3cm, when you use a layer of 5cm, this is sufficient to cover the grids. If you need more help with the amount of grids that you have received, please contact our customer service.

Corten Edging: Product is good and delivery was timely. One star removed as dimensions are not 100% clear for corten edging. The height measure includes the stakes in the ground making the above ground dimension for the 17,5 only 7,5. If this has been clear, I would have ordered the other size 27,5.
