I am onto my 4th pair of Wolky Jewel sandals Olive green , White and 2nd pair in Black! I have large hallux valgus / bunions and painful flat feet but can walk miles in these beautifully crafted sandals , including extensively in northern India n three occasions . Also , I love the style and colours. For me as a pensioner these are expensive, but worth every penny . The online ordering group have been always most helpful , particularly with a recent complex order . Many thanks to them !

my first order seemed to have been missed for about almost 3 weeks until I contacted them when they stated my order was somehow missed. They did put it right eventually.
I find returns a real pain
I was told that the drop off shop would print the returns label ( I don't own a printer because I don't have much need for one). They said they didn't provide that service
So I had to go to library to print label, them return to the shop. It's time consuming and makes me not want to order, as I don't want this jassle

Would have liked to keep the shoes, but there was a problem with stitching on one of them. Very easy to contact customer services on phone and return and refund went very smoothly. Will reorder when shoes back in stock

Blue boots
Absolutely nothing. This time it was much easier to order. I’m 84 and it’s not always easy ! The boots came quicker than I expected and I am delighted with them.

I was disappointed at the range - eg no men's walking shoes as they are good quality shoes recommended by my podiatrist

Excellent Stylish, Comfortable Footwear, last forever !
Excellent Footwear, particularly for me / my feet ; the Summer Sandals. I have MANY pairs as Wolky produce new colours (& additional styles) every year & they're super comfortable, amazing consistent quality and stylish. Also easy Ordering, excellent 'Order Updates' & reliable Deliveries. I no longer have to Return anything as I know my size/s, but when I did, it's very easy to do for either Refunds or Exchanges. Great sandals
Firstly the sandals are fabulous and deserve 5 stars but the experience on delivery does not match. Your request for a review came before actual delivery and I did not receive a message to notify me from UPS. So after a trip to the UPS hub the little beauties are now on my feet!

Placing order on website was straight forward followed by emails and frequent update on progress. I found the whole process reassuring and delivery was prompt. Parcel arrived in good order too. Re " to do anything better" I would say just continue to provide the same excellent service. I have purchased Wolkies shoes/ sandals for many years and would highly recommend for quality and comfort.

I’ve bought many pairs of shoes from Wolky & every pair has been well fitting & very comfortable to wear, they are very well made, Although they are expensive, you get what you pay for. There are a good choice of colours to choose from. On the rare occasion
If had to chase up something the company have been very helpful & extremely pleasant.

I have liked and bought Wolky shoes/boots/sandals for several years the items are a great design for my problem feet and I can walk and have walked in several countries around the world and been very omfortable.
I have not yet received my most recent buy - and this is the problem - if you have an outlet in Brighton why is there such a delay?

Gorgeous shoes and efficient service
Friendly and efficient customer service. There can inevitably be delays in delivery from the Netherlands, but in general delivery is much quicker than it used to be. Information about the delivery is always provided, and queries are answered promptly. The shoes themselves are gorgeous.

Easy to order, and your detailed email of the order was very helpful. My only anxiety was with online ordering. I would have liked perhaps an interim email confirming the shoes were on their was. Also when I was tracking the shoes it told me they had been delivered when they hadn't!!!

Comfortable shoes with good arch support.
Reliable supply service whenever I order shoes, though dispatch takes a couple of weeks for some reason from this Europe based company. Comfortable shoes but if you want something specific and your size is midrange, you need to be quick off the mark if you want a pair. No complaints.
