Shipping was FAST, and I received the feeder much faster than I expected, which was awesome. The only thing I don't like about the feeder connect as opposed to the old feeder version is that it doesn't have the switch on the bottom to change the speed with which the feeder closes. I shouldn't have to buy the hub and use an app to get functionality that was on the old version using a switch. Thankfully, it hasn't been an issue with these cats, or I would have had to return it to get the old version. I wish the site would have been clear that there was that missing functionality.

Perfect solution for multiple cats on different diets! Started out with 1 feeder, bought a second when one of my cats started gaining too much weight and needed his food portioned, and just bought a third when our 3rd (and oldest) cat needed to start eating a prescription food. Although the 2 young cats had no trouble adjusting to the feeder, my old girl is having a tough time. But we'll keep trying and hoping she'll eventually feel comfortable using it. These feeders work really well. But for the price, I wish they'd include a shield to keep one cat from stealing the others' food! It's available separately, but should be included in the original purchase price.
