The product is top notch. Never a disappointment. The company provides quick delivery. Service calls are cumbersome with the requirement of videos, but the company always come through with replacements when needed. I have 10 of these in my rescue and recommend them to every adopter.

We bought this for the Fire Department cat, who was "hired" to help us with our mice problem. The Sure-Flap feeder keeps mice out of the cats food, as well as the Fire Department dogs (dogs of employees and volunteers, who visit regularly).

This is the 3rd one that I have bought to prevent one of my cats, which is on a prescription diet, from eating from the other 2. I see an improvement on the design from the previous 2 sureflap

We just got our 4th cat, so this is our 4th purchase. SureFeed has been the perfect solution for us. We have 2 Food Bullies (1 really aggressive), 1 Grazer and 1 Midnight Marauder. Now, they can all eat comfortably without me policing them, which is such a time-saver for me! Training was easy. Each cat was 3+ years old at the time of training and each learned in a day. Cleaning and maintenance are easy and well worth the extra time for the convenience. I did buy the stainless steel bowls, but also use the split bowls when I give them a combination of wet and dry food. I once contacted Customer Service for a problem (User Stupidity), and received a fast and helpful response. Our cats showed no hesitation putting their heads into the arch the first time, though I'm sure the well-placed treat may have helped. The dishes have a changeable setting for the length of delay for the flap to close once your pet has moved away. I changed that to the shortest so the aggressive bully couldn't sneak an extra bite and I'm thinking about buying the back shields so she can't eat from the back of the open dishes. For the moment, I've learned to feed her first. I wish the stainless steel dishes came with the set to begin with but, otherwise, this truly has been the perfect solution.

Shipping was FAST, and I received the feeder much faster than I expected, which was awesome. The only thing I don't like about the feeder connect as opposed to the old feeder version is that it doesn't have the switch on the bottom to change the speed with which the feeder closes. I shouldn't have to buy the hub and use an app to get functionality that was on the old version using a switch. Thankfully, it hasn't been an issue with these cats, or I would have had to return it to get the old version. I wish the site would have been clear that there was that missing functionality.

I'm not thrilled with the price. But if you break it down to the convenience and peace of mind, it pays off. I use permanent markers to personalize them since I have 2.

Perfect solution for multiple cats on different diets! Started out with 1 feeder, bought a second when one of my cats started gaining too much weight and needed his food portioned, and just bought a third when our 3rd (and oldest) cat needed to start eating a prescription food. Although the 2 young cats had no trouble adjusting to the feeder, my old girl is having a tough time. But we'll keep trying and hoping she'll eventually feel comfortable using it. These feeders work really well. But for the price, I wish they'd include a shield to keep one cat from stealing the others' food! It's available separately, but should be included in the original purchase price.

The SureFlap has solved my problem of neighborhood cats welcoming themselves to my home through my pet's pet door. The quality of this item is outstanding. The shipping was fast. The payment was secure. The installation instructions are really good as well, though I wish I had known before the pet door arrived that owners of a door containing metal need to purchase a mounting accessory. Since my door has a lot of metal in it, I needed to make a larger hole than a typical wooden door requires to prevent RFID interference. I still have not installed the accessory, and my pet door only works with the chip on my pet's neck, but not with his implanted chip, though I was able to register both when the flap was not installed in the door yet. I will have to reinstall the flap using the accessory when I have time.

This feeding system is really helpful because I have 4 animals on prescription food. I've only had to contact customer service one time for a warranty issue and they were highly responsive and resolved the issue within 24 hours by sending me a new feeder. I'm impressed that the warranty is honored and it's not a hassle.

Best feeder for multicat households with all cats having different eating habits. Our job is no longer "Watching Cats Eat."

This are the best bowls. Our first set lasted about 6 year and one of the three us still working. The two new ones are very quiet. No more steeling each other’s food. I was happy to see the metal bowls they now have and are much easier to keep clean than the plastic bowls. I do wish there were more colors in the mats.

Items arrived in a timely manner and were exactly what I ordered. The feeders and hub are working correctly, although set up was a little difficult because the instructions were scattered over many different pages. Training mode is very useful, and is making it easy to acclimate my cats to the feeders.

Works great keeping unwanted animals out of my house and my cat won’t wear a collar and it works with his rescue chip. Highly recommend
