Price was great so I wasn't sure if I was gonna get my order after a month, but we kept in contact, I received my order just after a month. They said it was a system issue and as soon as they said they processed, it arrived in 2 days. They gave me £5 voucher for the delay, although I will not use it since the delivery is already around £25, still a nice gesture.
Although a .co.uk website, they still apply custom charges on uk delivery. This is not clear on the website and therefore misleading. Item purchased in Sept, returned by Royal Mail in October, but still no refund.

Item arrived eventually, delay was not of PSS making but took 25 days to arrive!
Luckily ski season had finished for me so delay was not an issue.

Not a good option for Uk buyers

Orders twice from here and always get a great experience. Plus shipping to the U.K. only takes under a week
