Dear Sirs,
My name is Damian Ruta, and my purpose is to bring to your attention a serious problem I have encountered with my recent order with your company.
Unfortunately, I must express my extreme dissatisfaction with the quality of your customer service and your company's attitude towards the situation I experienced. Upon opening the package, the products contained in it turned out to be completely different from those I ordered. Moreover, I have serious concerns about the legitimacy of the products, as their origin is not clear to me and the labels seem suspicious.
In an attempt to resolve this issue, I contacted your customer service and asked for a refund. Unfortunately, my request was denied, which only increased my disappointment. I received a refusal without justification, which makes it difficult for me to understand why the company is not willing to compensate me for the erroneous products delivered.
I want to emphasize that this is not only a financial issue for me, but also a question of trust in your company. Receiving products that I did not order raises serious concerns in my mind about the quality control standards and integrity of Body and Fit.
In view of the above, I would like to inform you that if I do not get a satisfactory solution within 7 days I will be forced to take this matter to a consumer court and take steps to warn other potential customers of possible irregularities in your business.
I hope that we will be able to resolve this matter without the need to involve external institutions. I look forward to urgent and effective action on the part of your company.

Dear Damian,
As confirmed by our customer service your claim concerning your parcel is impossible to be caused by us. We only have our own products and selected 3rd party brands in our warehouse, the products you claim to have received are not part of this. It's simply impossible since it's a product from a completely different brand.
We regret to inform you there is nothing we can do in this case.
