I have used puzzle you before so didn't hesitate when I decided to use it again owing to the fact I was pleased with the service and the result of the jigsaws previously. If there was a problem this time it was because not being very technically minded and having a number of photos to arrange on my picture I couldn't turn the computer off to return to it later as I would lose what I had done, consequently i was on it on and off of it all day finishing at eight o'clock in the evening owing to the fact I couldn't return to it the next day If there is a way of turning the computer off without losing what I have done I would like to know please. I am 75 years of age and not of the younger generation and feel I could have done a better job of my creation if I could have returned to it the next day.

I have bought these puzzles every year for family and friends at Christmas. Even before the changed their name from myphotopuzzle. Whilst the quality has always been excellent, this year we had a slight issue with the cut of the pieces, it was as though once printed, the puzzle had been cut on an angle, so pieces in the top right corner were huge, and pieces in the bottom right corner were less than half thier normal size, and as such didn't fit together properly.
Although this might sound like I'm giving negative feedback, in truth I really just want to make PuxzleYou aware of the issue. I have in fact had nearly 10 years of great products from them and would rate them highly.

I liked the quality of the jigsaw. The picture was well represented and the box is smart.
I was disappointed when, within seconds of sending the picture I realised I sent the wrong one and you were even then unable to exchange it for the better one, and your response was not helpful. I realise that I should have sent the right picture in the first place, but as it was a gift for a recently widowed mother I needed to get it right and your intransigence meant that I had to buy a second jigsaw to make it better. A shame you are so difficult about this.Especially as I wrote within seconds of placing the order.

Late delivery
Estimated date of delivery was optimistic. Arrived 4 days late after being stuck in Germany for 3 days with no action and no explanation.
I also would have preferred a plain boxed item as illustrations of jigsaw pieces all over parcel somewhat gives the game away if meant as a surprise.

Great product, delivery not so good.
I was given a delivery date, which I then changed to a date I would be home. The delivery time was then updated to a time that had already passed, then the actual delivery was made the next day, so I had to go and collect it from a collection point. Great product, delivery not so good.

Loved the boxes. Only reason not given an overall 5 star is that my photo wasn't on the front of the boxes.. So will have to print it off individually and put inside the boxes. This could have been my own fault as I didn't realise that you needed to state thar you wanted the jigsaw picture on the front of the box. Apart from this problem, the whole experience was a good one and the end results where excellent. Kind regards Rosie Nicholson

To make the large number of layouts more manageable, we have divided our puzzle boxes into 5 categories:
1. Classic boxes
2. Christmas boxes
3. Boxes without any example
4. Birthday boxes
5. Theme boxes
You have selected a puzzle box from category 3. These puzzle boxes are actually intended for customers, who want the puzzle to remain a surprise until it has been completed. For example, when there is a marriage proposal on the puzzle or the announcement of a grandchild.

Very pleased with jigsaw but website not perfect.
Adding photos to the template was easy but going 'back' on the website didn't always work. I found that I frequently had to start from the beginning again.

Good but expensive.
Easy to upload and create a puzzle but quite expensive. To buy a puzzle, a frame and delivery can cost £65 which makes on picture very expensive. Perhaps you could do some sort of saving for multi buy.

Am happy with the quality of the pieces and the clarity of the picture.
However, what has stopped me giving more stars is the fact that the picture is not square so have a dark border along the top and down one side which is disappointing.

Thank you for your comment, this is however not a border, but your carpet. You seem to have put a regular photo down on the carpet in order to make a digital photograph of it. After having uploaded this photograph to our ordering system, our preview showed that part of your carpet was on the puzzle. We are sorry that you nevertheless confirmed the order and did not ask us for advice.
We offer the opportunity to design a puzzle entirely by yourself. Since we are not involved in the preparation of this design, we must place the responsibility for careful preparation on the customer. This is because the uploaded photos are sent directly to the printing machines as an immutable file.

Easy to create a personalised puzzle. Good quality pieces and sturdy box. However to edit and rotate etc was a little frustrating. Not sure that rotation was an option. Overall very pleased and jigsaw made a great Wedding Anniversary gift.

Very pleased with the 100 piece puzzle which is perfect for grandchildren. Seems well made and comes in nice box with photo on the front. Not cheap, but it is cheaper than some similar photo sites.
