The delivery was in good time considering it was over the weekend, the guild was informative enough, I'm very thankful for the comments area which gave tips along the way where I guide had missed the odd bit of information and as nice little sweetener, I think you for the little packet of haribo sweets, I didn't expect that.
Overall my valve index is now fixed and working and I feel I've learn something from doing it myself.

A bottle of solvent with a nozzle is included in the kit, and I have the impression from online sources that this has been substituted for a syringe. I would urge ifixit to restore the syringe. It is necessary to cut the tip off the solvent bottle and if a clean cut and narrow opening are not created solvent drips down the nozzle when the bottle is placed upright after use. When the bottle is inverted again, solvent drips off the exterior of the nozzle and bottle onto internal components. I feared I had ruined my computer despite taking care. Otherwise, the kit was as expected, and having the requisite screwdrivers was extremely helpful.
Could of been sent in the post and saved all the packing

The kit was fantastic. The tutorial great. I, however, would never have managed it on my own. Fingers and eyesight not as good as when I was younger! It was, however, much easier with me holding a torch and working the laptop tutorial and my husband changing the battery in my phone.

Battery and Kit - Delivery, quality and instructions were first class! Allowed me to replace Macbook pro 15 2017 battery with confidence. Worked immediately I plugged in! Massive amount of Time/ money saved compared to Mac Repair specialist!
Range of specialised tools all available in one place at reasonable price too. Only improvement is in extending tools stocked to include rework tools to allow soldering of telephones etc

I liked the fact that I could ACTUALLY purchase a Replacement Battery Pack for my Wife’s APPLE 15” MacBook Pro Laptop and that it was actually delivered to our house via FedEx Courier Van man within Seven (7) Days.
Good service - plus actually having what APPLE consider an obsolete item “ifixit” had one in stock and delivered quickly.

When you purchased from ifixit you can be guaranteed your getting original OEM Parts , shipping is fast, only problem I have is shipping cost , you might only need one graphite sheet the cost £6.50 seems a bit extreme especially if you have to do it multiple times, but apart from that brilliant online retailer 👌

HDD to SSD kit perfect straightforward fix for my iMac
Kit is as described with all the components. The online guides are comprehensive and were vital in helping me take my iMac from a trade-in value of less than £100 back to it's fully working £2000 !
I fitted an SSD to replace the dead HDD and now it's working 10 times faster

Replacing Apple 6s iPhone's battery
Order delivered impressively despite a delay in transit. Now to use the Apple 6s iPhone kit to change the battery - waiting for a time when I'm relaxed enough and have the time to do it. Christmas jobs higher up the job list to be done and dusted before Christmas festivities 'hit.'

Ordered a thin battery for an 6th gen iPod classic. Process was simple and quick. Part arrived quickly, had instructions in an email on how to replace it. There was a nice little surprise in the package too!

Home button Replacement
Unfortunately after replacing my iPhone screen, I broke cable on home button assembly. Fortunately I fixit provided replacement, fitted fairly easy although no touchID if replacing home button but I don’t use this feature so no problem.
