I wasn't familiar with Your Nutrition Shop before this purchase so I was a little hesitant about making a purchase. However, I did my research, read reviews from other customers and found that all signs were reassuring and positive. I am so grateful to others who took the time to leave reviews as otherwise, I might never have purchased and discovered a great local and independent (I believe) seller.
The service was excellent with my purchase being dispatched immediately and arriving within a day or two. The products and brands stocked are great quality, trusted brands that I use and efind effective. The prices are also very competitive and the offers very welcome!
All in all, a great retailer who exceeded my expectations and who I'd very happily shop with again.
No communication about my order. I contacted yournutritionshop.com and was then informed that part of my order is delayed. As yet I have no order, part or otherwise and no idea when to expect it.

Firstly, I had an issue where I'd forgotten my password. An e-mail to the company to ask for help elicited a very speedy and comprehensive response. Secondly, my order was despatched quickly and efficiently, and I was kept informed on the progress of my order at all stages of the process. On the whole, this is one of the best online companies I have ever dealt with.

Good prices, prompt delivery. Website easy to use.
The product I ordered comes in a glass jar. I was surprised that some packaging was card mesh but there was also a huge amount of bubble wrap. It would be great to have future deliveries with 100% recyclable packaging.

Order system not linked to stock levels
I placed an order for some items but the next day got an eMail to say they didn’t have the stock so could not complete the order. They were very good at stopping the payment but it was disappointing that their order system and stock system are not linked.
