Trade furniture – what a fantastic company. From start to finish. Their website is full of excellent sustainable furniture. I recently bought a cube table – mango and it was delivered within 5 days from order. Not only that, the delivery man, Steve Halligan was absolutely brilliant. He was polite, respectful, and helpful, an excellent agent for the company.
I then decided to buy the leather roll back chairs later on, rather than at the same time as I wanted to colour match the table first. Wow. The gorgeous, comfortable, antique brown leather chairs arrived, fully assembled, super quality. I would definitely recommend this company. Everything was labelled with the fire precaution signs, bubble wrapped on arrival.
Just perfect. The company itself, if you have any questions, are always willing to answer and respond very quickly.

The website that I ordered the furniture from gave a delivery date which was one week. We paid the delivery charge and the transaction went through.
The next day we were informed the goods were out of stock. We offered other goods that we did not want.
We are waiting for the shipment to arrive from India. We should have been informed before the order went through that the goods were out of stock.

This company is an absolute hidden gem and we are absolutely delighted to have found them!
The quality of furniture is outstanding and will only get better with age, the grain on the wood is beautiful. Just exactly what we were after, real solid wood at an excellent price point .
Ap much so that we have ordered new bedroom furniture on the back of this transaction

Hi, The highest standard delivery charge is £19.95 regardless of how many items you order so as long as you check out all your items on one order you will never pay more than £19.95 for a standard delivery. We have also reduced our delivery costs in recent years despite rising fuel costs so hopefully our customers will still see the delivery fee as good value but thank you kindly for your feedback which we always value.

The quality was good. I thought it came assembled but only the legs had to be screwed on. One of the screws turns and doesn't tighten but not a problem.one leg does not quite align.
Having said that it is exactly what we wanted including the colour.

Certain items such as dining tables, benches and a few items with slim legs require the legs to be attached at the time of delivery to avoid damage in transit but we do send a delivery guide to advise how to assemble such items. If there is an issue with a leg we would be more than happy to resolve this for you so please contact us and we will advise of the options available for you.

Excellent, reliable service
I came across this company on EBay but after reading the great reviews on there decided to order directly with them. Glad I did. A highly organised and efficient delivery service that keeps you informed at each stage and provides a good, small delivery slot rather than all morning or all afternoon. The delivery driver is very friendly and very helpful and represented his company really well. Overall it was a great experience from start to finish and I’m happy to recommend them to all.

Superb from order to communication to delivery to assembly. What an absolute breath of fresh air it was to make a hassle free purchases and shown such common courtesy and respect by doing exactly what they promise . The driver Steve H was a delight as were the sales team contacting me throughout to ensure a seamless delivery and special instructions we needed followed. Can't wait to order again absolute pleasure to deal with.

The products are in great quality. I liked the styles. In addition, the furniture are made of real wood which is great material. It isn't easy to find real wood furniture nowadays, especially the prices are great too. I will come back to check the website if I need any furniture in the future. Hi, I have investigated this matter and the description did state that the item was out of stock at the time you ordered, this is the description on your order which you will be able to see if you log back into your account; Light Mango Wood 80cm Dining Table & 2 Milan Fabric Chair (3 Colours) - Due 12th July. I am really sorry if you did not realise that this item was not in stock, we try to be as open as possible and manually update all listings if an item goes out of stock. We always send a manual update advising that the item is out of stock and offer alternatives just in case a customer had not realised that the item was out of stock at the time of order, customers can choose to wait, change the order or cancel and have a refund. We do keep over 90% of all items in stock at any one time and keep customers informed about their order as we did in your case.

I was offered a delivery date and time where the time did not suit me I responded and within 30 minutes a lovely guy called me to advise he had rearranged some other deliveries so would a different time on the same day be OK.so pleased with my furniture delivery was also 10 minutes early . Absolutely love my order . Will definitely recommend and purchase from again in the future

Can't fault
It is a gamble buying furniture online, have never done it before but I can't fault Trade Furniture Direct. I ordered two pieces of furniture then phoned up to add in a third piece to the order...no problems.
I asked for a no earlier than delivery date which happened.
The delivery driver was quiet and polite and placed the furniture into the house.
The furniture was extremely well packaged, no risk of damage in transit.
Overall delighted with my purchases and would use this company again
