1) Stop MISLEADING-stating that DELIVERY to Europe is 72 hours.
This is fantacy.
Even after entering the address in Greece your website showed 72 hours delivery to Greece ! It is 11 days to Greece. The discrepancy is unacceptable and misleading ! Be truthful and state it can be 3-11 days depending on the country ! I now find myself in a position of having to go to a birthday do- without a birthday gift, because I was misled.
2) Please show the reverse side of cotton tea-towels in photos, so that we can see if the reverse is in colour too.

No gift boxes & 7 day delivery.
1) I requested two gift boxes, for the 2 recipients of this order, of 212 euros. JF faild to include them. Instead they sent very nice red bags, a more economic form of packing. But not what I requested. Considering I am a regular customer of JF they could have obliged.
2) It has been mentioned before but no one listens. The 3 day promised delivery to Europe does not ring true. Please quote 3-12 days in order to be truthful ( as you select the most economic form of courier). The soonest
I received parcels was 7 days the longest 12..

3 DAY DELIVERY is a lie.
I live in Greece. I ordered on the basis - as you state clearly- that delivery is (3 ) three days. You lie, knowing that your shipping method to Greece takes between 9 and 11 days, because you send it BY ROAD.
Despite my writing about this, you FAIL to be truthful on your website. You should state that delivery takes between 3-11 days!
Even better, USE DHL EXPRESS, that do deliver within 3 days. And then yout website statement of 3 days delivery would be truthful.

GET A MORE RELIABLE COURIER SERVICE or quote 12 day delivery times.
COMPLAINT RE: ORDER W00090611 OF 12 JANUARY 2024 (FEDEX 789269744710 France to Mainland Greece).
My order is in transit for 15 days and still not reached Greece.
Accepting this is a one off delay, please note that many of my orders take on average 11-12 days while Jaquard Francais misinform, by quoting 3 day delivery on their website when placing an order. EITHER PAY FOR A BETTER COURIER SERVICE, OR REVISE YOUR EXPECTED DELIVERY TO READ 3-12 DAYS.
