I was caught out by unclear delivery timing when placing the order. Expecting a delivery by a certain day then to get an invoice minutes after placing the order showing 2 days after my expected date. I immediately tried to cancel the order but was told it was too late? Be aware...The plates are shipped from Eire so need to go through customs. No doubt however about the quality of the plate: very good. But sadly I had to get a plate from elsewhere due to a MOT schedule.

The goods were excellent quality , the postage was included but probably expensive and the company dealing DPD were abysmal and the tracking as bad. As these are car registration plates maybe try a different postal option

Plates delivered but colours not as ordered. Company said due to distortion in backing. No warnings on site this effect.

Plates good, delivery time not so good. Bought on 9th didn’t arrive until 15th.

Plates are second to none and of excellent quality but are very expensive when you add postage, vat etc. I can purchase he same plates from a local plate maker for much less, but I have the hassle of providing the necessary paperwork and of course the spacing of the numbers / letters is not negotiable.....

I asked and paid for a fitting kit, it didn’t arrive! I was in the middle of nowhere with no plates and a long drive! The plates looked great though.

I have used the company before and been very happy but the quality this time was not as good.

Used a few times and always good quality, only downside is, plates are quite expensive and delivery excessive

Prices and service v good, but felt fleeced with exorbitant shipping costs.

Sold 2 packs of screws for a numberplate that cannot be drilled and screwed in.

After my order, I followed up within minutes to say that I made a mistake and needed the legal spacing added to my registration. Plates arrived without spacing. I tried to get in contact again however no response. Good product but shoddy service.

Ordered some replacement plates. Uses PFC again as they have a logo I wanted to include Just a shame that one of the previous plates delaminated (hence the new ones) but when trying to ask if PFC about the failure / warranty claim - no response, which is not good.

Too expensive, should be screws included in price, postage over priced, I bought them as needed urgent, would not deal again

I wanted a standard square car plate but received a small square motorcycle plate. Obviously I clicked on the wrong one but there was no warning that this was a small plate. £35 was a lot of money for a tiny plate.

Not much room but a little narrative on how to change and fix would be great Also reference to the DVLC sites for changing plates from one car to the next
