I was caught out by unclear delivery timing when placing the order. Expecting a delivery by a certain day then to get an invoice minutes after placing the order showing 2 days after my expected date. I immediately tried to cancel the order but was told it was too late? Be aware...The plates are shipped from Eire so need to go through customs. No doubt however about the quality of the plate: very good. But sadly I had to get a plate from elsewhere due to a MOT schedule.

Ordered a set of plates and ticked the box requesting a legal font. Although I ordered a shorter plate due to the length of my private reg I expected and assumed the size of the letters was legal. I ordered a new plate and asked for a refund for the illegal plate. So far they haven’t bothered to replay so I am out of pocket, as well has having the hassle of dealing with a Defect Rectification notice from the Police.

I paid for £17 for a next day delivery, It was delivered to the incorrect address after 4 days i received the parcel i requested a refund for the deliver of £17 there said they will speak to DHL STILL WAITING

Plates delivered but colours not as ordered. Company said due to distortion in backing. No warnings on site this effect.

I placed the order online for my car plate, but my neighbour found my plate in the evening; I wrote to notify the company to cancel the deal and ask for a refund. All these things happened during weekends; no one supported me for a refund. On Monday, I wrote another message about a refund, but no one responded until I received the plate on the third day.

I love your plates, the quality that they provide is perfect. The only issue that is stopping me from providing a 5 star rating is the postage prices. I believe you could offer a cheaper service like Royal Mail as most plates are small enough to be posted through a letter box but apart from that I’m happy to continue buying from you guys.

I have emailed and organised to have a new plate with a logo that they had already had on their system. The plate came wrong after several emails. I have emailed several times to sort but no-one has gotten back to me. When I last used them I paid for a quick turn around and the plate landed 8 days later

Other than delivering the plates to the wrong address, it was fine.
