Sent me the wrong plates. Then offered no compensation for the error.

The number plates were damaged when they arrived, one was completely broken in two and the other was badly cracked. I have made contact with platesforcars twice but I’ve had no response

Not great quality plates and the font doesn’t look right. Not worth the money at all. Should have just gone to Halfords.

AVOID THIS COMPANY. plates turned up 8 days after purchase. Even though I paid for next day at a very expensive price never got a refund for the delivery Plates also wrong. Email company and never had a response. Avoid this company

Poor customer service never respond to emails, I was told that they dont do refund for postage, I paid £17.50 for next day 5 days later I’ve still not received my plates. So I asked for my poastage back and I was told NO. AVOID THIS COMPANY!

After placing order i noticed that since i placed the order on Monday I qualified for 5% discount, I sent an email right away to customer services, received an acknowledgement but nothing else, and stilled billed at the full cost no 5% discount. ?

Phoned 2 minutes after ordering to amend emailed 3 times ignored. Sent out plates with error refuse to ackowledge my emails. Have plates of no use. Avoid.

Where is my order ?

Having purchased plates previously from PFC, I was expecting the same good value and great quality again. This was unfortunately not the case, as the height of the characters on the single plate ordered varied by up to 3mm. As their website stated "The Best Quality Guaranteed", I e-mailed them, and requested a replacement plate where all of the characters were of tyhe same size. I received an 'auto-reply' stating that they would revert within 48 hours. When, after a week, I had not receuved a reply, I sent a second e-mail. Still no reply - Why don't they answer me? NOT GOOD SERVICE!

23 hrs 50 mins from order to delivery. Thats impressive. Edit: been waiting 12 days for a reply to a question regarding UK legal spacing for plates Great plates, but no use to me if illegal

Blue background for UK badge isn't really blue, more of a really dark purple so not ideal.

ABSOLUTE SCAM! Products didn’t arrive and refusing to return my money! DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THEM! You won’t receive items or a refund. AVOID AVOID AVOID

P.F.C. have sent the plates via DPD, but DPD have confirmed that they delivered to the wrong address, then they told me to ring P.F.C. , but i can't ring them as there's no number available, so e.mailed them, & being given the "run-a-round" really.

Sent a club badge through to go with order number and they never put it on

Plates are ok but I bought sticky pads to go with and they didn't turn up in the package.

The number plate looks like it has air bubbles all along the edges , pictures sent

When order finally came after paying an extra £10.99 for priority delivery the fixing kit which was also extra was not in the parcel, had to go out and purchase. Will not be using this company again.
