I paid for next day delivery and the plates didn’t arrive for two days which screwed up my arrangements. Subsequently they ignored my emails requesting a refund of the delivery charge. They do not publish a phone number on the website to allow any contact so they effectively blank any customers that they don’t wish to deal with. Lousy service. I’ve used them for years but never again.

The product they supplied did not conform to current road legal requirements. I emailed several times to ask them firstly to replace the registration plates, then because they did not respond, I asked for a refund, needless to say they didn’t respond to any messages or offer to replace or refund me. Very disappointed with this company and would not recommend.

Issue with plate and nobody answered to my emails

The plates were not UK Legal. I had to purchase new plates from Halfords. I contacted PFC but did not get a response.

Poor quality item containing defects.

I made the purchase late on the Wednesday evening, paid the additional costs for next day delivery which said I would receive the plates for Friday, I received these plates on Tuesday 5 days late. I emailed on the Friday to the automated service address and was emailed saying one of the team would be in touch within 24 hours, still waiting on the feedback as requested the delivery charge returned back to me.

Purely down to delivery. Product fab although had to re order due to a slight bend. Why would you leave outside an office on a Friday night after 5 when the roller shutter is locked.

Sticky pads did not come with plates as per order. Tried to make contact via email but no reply. Should have gone to Halfords.

Courier claims to have lost the plate. Nobody to talk to at the supplier (no phone number provided) just invited to send e mail to automated mailbox). Yet to receive reply.

It wasn’t until after the plates have been paid for and delivered that you find out you mustn't make holes through the “gel” to fix the plates to the car. Bit late now!

Package arrived with one damaged plate and basically told they not doing anything about it!

Ordered 4D, got acrylic, they blamed it on me and offered no resolution whatsoever

My plate was damaged I sent you an email but never had a reply

Got the plates but the fittings were missing. They wouldn’t send the fittings and just refunded me £2. There is no number to call to speak to anyone just email

Delivery took 3 days paid for 2 days.

Sent me the wrong plates. Then offered no compensation for the error.

The number plates were damaged when they arrived, one was completely broken in two and the other was badly cracked. I have made contact with platesforcars twice but I’ve had no response
