Product was not received. The chosen courier requires signature (I understand this is a legal requirement and so unavoidable) but does not allow for nominated day delivery. After attempting to deliver while I was at work, re delivery was not attempted and instead I was notified the parcel was at a ‘Collection Point’ which was not specified. I had to contact Customer Services in order to find out where the Collection Point was, by the time the response was received, I was not able to collect the Package.
These issues are all primarily with the Courier, but as a Retailer I cannot see how K&T can expect to do business utilising a Courier with such poor Service.
I have not been contacted or refunded.
