After sales service absolutely shocking. Don’t do business with this company.

I nearly purchased a replacement remote at £100 and then I saw this service. It ended up costing me £33 including all the posting costs. I think the fix was relatively straightforward but all very efficient and prompt. All in all very happy and would use again for sure.

Felicity and Jack, on the customer service team, were extremely helpful, especially as our build was a challenging, non standard construction. There were a few problems along the way but Felicity in particular was very prompt with answers and solutions for us. It took a while to get sorted and we were not always on the same page as the surveyor on site, but we got there in the end. Warranty is now in hand - a little bit of peace of mind!

I left a good review of yodel because their driver was helpful but trustpilot took it down . Despite me writing to assure them it was genuine (I used a link from yodel) they still took it down. Unless I provide evidence they won't put it back. I'm not that bothered but it seems odd that they are asking for evidence that they don't ask anyone else. Makes you wonder what they've got against yodel.

The driver called before delivery, he was polite and helpful. He was however one day earlier so I wasn’t on site. He left it for me.

Faffy process validating the insurance, when it didn't work I ended up emailing an AI bot that failed to answer the question or resolve my issue. Cancelling the insurance cost me £25+ and the cover hadn't even started!
