Good products at fair prices and by and large they stock all the accessory equipment you're likely to need for your pumping application.
It would be further helpful if the company defined clean, grey, dirty water in terms of respective frequency distribution of particle sizes per unit volume and quoted the tolerance of different types of pumps to particle sizes. For example, state whether a clean water pump will tolerate particle sizes of say 100 microns or more. In this connection the provision of a suitable range of hose filters would project the company to the "top of the tree."

1). Don’t state on your website to prospective purchasers you have an item in stock when you DONT!
2) Don’t tell customers via your customer service that an item will be dispatched today & delivered tomorrow when it clearly won’t as you don’t physically have it in stock!
3) ordered six days ago & still no delivery, no tracking information, no indication of being dispatched & told again by customer service on the phone it will be with you tomorrow.
Only order if you are not in a hurry to receive the item. No good if you are an engineer with a client who has no water supply for six days so far.

Could have been a lot more helpful in giving advice on products sold on the website. Seemed to be a lack of willingness to offer fairly simple guidance on which attachments go on a pump, or possibly a lack of knowledge of the said product.

Pump OK but lacks hose connection
Pump appears to be good but you could not supply adapter for outlet to 13mm hose or 3/4 BSP so I had to buy elsewhere. Customer support was not very helpful - just told me to look elsewhere.

phoned help line with query, basically told i needed an adapter for a recently purchased pump .I expected the call taker to tell me exactly which adapter I needed and talk me through it.
No go online and choose, or go to other wholesaler was the advice. POOR service that.

Do not buy from this company
Bought a water pump from these cowboys, still not received it , they don’t answer the phone, don’t reply to emails, worst customer service I’ve ever known, had to buy another pump from a decent company to do the job, not been reimbursed for pump yet , would have given 0 star review if possible

Ordering was straightforward and easy and the pump and hose were delivered in 2 days. The pump is excellent and we would recommend it. However I would advise that the supplied hose does not fit easily onto the pump. I tried softening it with very hot water but still could only get it about 3mm onto the pump outlet! Gave up and fitted a larger lay flat hose. So my advise is buy the pump but not the 25mm hose.

Ordering was easy and prompt delivery. Can’t say much about the DAB 300 pump . Technical specs say outlet is 1 1/4” which is true but doesn’t say connection to it has to be no more than 1”. Which is a bit small. So currently not fitted as now not a straight swop for original pump it is replacing. Need to obtain some reducing adapters which aren’t easy to source.

Requested to return the order No update.
Requested to return the order as the measurements of the pump supplied do not match the details on the website. Pump diameter measures 160mm. Pump description states 150mm on website . Will not fit into available space. Request form filled in on Tuesday, have not received any further correspondence/ update.

Great product range and prices
The range of products was great, the information pages were helpful, the prices were competitive, and delivery was quick. The only hiccup was that the pump was a European model; this was clearly known by the supplier, because an EU-UK plug adaptor was included, but the instruction manual didn't contain an English section so I had to find it online, download and print it.
