Fast dispatch and delivery. Only let down for me was the quality of the item, the case itself was fine but I just felt the personalised element wasn’t as good as it good have been. Maybe it was my error but from the picture of how it could have looked like and the end result for me didn’t match brilliantly you can see a clear edge where’s it’s been stuck down and I felt it could have covered the rest of the case itself.

Ordered a phone case that was supposed to be ready in 3 days. Very expensive with postage, but thought it would be quick service. Then contacted after 3 days to say it was delayed two weeks. Tried to cancel but no response to my emails. Tried cancelling online but it said it couldn’t be cancelled even though they said there is a production delay! Now had another email to say it is delayed again. I don’t want it anymore as it has been nearly four weeks. Impossible to contact anyone and no concept of service. Avoid and go somewhere else like Funky Pigeon - they are much cheaper too.

Order the 03/05 delivery 27/05 when you said delivery in between the 10/05 and the 19/05, was a birthday present and you didn’t deliver what you promised.
