Bought the 2 seater sofa, arrived with two massive boxes and had to get all the filling inside the cover myself - which went everywhere. For some reason I thought spending £220 I would have it delivered in one piece ready to go. I bought the bright pink which wasn’t a very nice pink in the flesh, more red /orange. I decided I wanted to send it back as I wasn’t happy and it wasn’t comfortable at all, felt too stiff, you couldn’t relax on it and felt like you were going to slip onto the floor as it’s not that deep and the back is really stiff and full. Contacted cust services who said to return I would need to get all the filling out again and put back in the bags. Also to return they arrange dpd to come and collect but at the cost of £18 which came out of my refund. Obviously was a nightmare trying to get all of the filling out again and back into the bags. Wish I hadn’t bothered it was just a massive headache that costed me £18.

The cover is beautiful, lovely colour and texture. However, the filling was not enough so the bean bag is very squishy and the size is - in effect - nothing like the dimensions stated. This cannot be considered a large footstool. The filling was also very very messy and there was a note that it is toxic to animals which is worrying. Also, the one size is not faux leather, so you can't have it standing on it's side (I wanted it to so it could have the 40cm height). Overall I was disappointed and definitely do not think it was worth the £80 paid. I will look for alternative filling elsewhere in hopes I can use this as planned.

I was very disappointed that the courier used was Evri. Evri have a poor reputation for reliability and honesty, and in true form I received false attempted delivery notifications and the package was delivered three days after they advised it was out for delivery that day. The package was ultimately delivered and left in an unsafe place, causing me to have to contact a relative to drive to my address to retrieve it. I would not order from Big Bertha again unless they ceased using this rogue courier service, they may be cheaper than other companies, but that’s not looking after the customer is it?

It is a nice chair, good quality material. However the actual area for sitting is quite ridiculous. The chair is meant for 1-3 year olds, mine isn't even 2 and can't even really sit on it due to lack of actual seat space, and he's not exactly big. I do feel like the pictures online falsely represent it and feel like i have wasted money. It's a shame i was so looking forward to him enjoying it and having his own chair but it barely gets used.

Sofa difficult to fill as instruction video does not correspond with exact product. Zips need real pulls instead of paperclips, especially for re-filling - extremely difficult to pull back out again after filling first time. Sofa flaccid with original amount of beans - have to spend more to buy extra and still not great. Also, internal tube split easily trying to stuff back in before zipping. Had high hopes. Disappointed unfortunately.

To my suprise. I receievd 2 items, one piece of fabric and the second a huge plastic bag of polystyrene balls. For the price i presume it would arrive as a whole. To manually attempt to insert the balls with a toddler in your space is extremely dangerous and very bad practice. The bag the polystyrene balls came in was ridiculously big. The thought of the consumer has not been consider it seems.

Regret this purchase. Does not sit as represented in pictures, and high backed is a misrepresentation. The mess it made filling the thing as it comes separate from the polystyrene beads was a right pain. Bought as a Xmas present and now have to replace. Would send it back, but no longer have the box.
