I purchased the Albert children beanbag chair in ivory, I received it late as DPD decided they will deliver it to the wrong address the first time. Then when I did receive it, I received a faulty one as it has large pink stains on it. It’s meant to be a gift for someone and when I’ve called I’ve had no answer for 2 days. When I emailed in the morning as soon as I received a delivery I was given a response end of day, stating they wanted a photo. I had already sent them a photo of it within my initial email. This wasted 2 days as I had to send it again and I got a response saying they will exchange the fabric. Which means I have to now wait again god knows how long for the delivery of this fabric and then arrange a return of the dusty fabric. It was meant it be a gift that needs to be given asap. Their phone number evidently isn’t connected as I’ve called at this point over 40 times in the last 2 days. Their email responses have been lacking considering I’ve given all the evidence the first day and they take over 6 hours for an initial response. I’m just shocked.

The beanbag came in two parts where you have to pour the balls Into the beanbag, which is an absolute nightmare, even with two of you. It’s really not worth the money, it’s incredibly expensive for what it is.

There are not enough beans to give the shape of the sofa that appears in the adverts. Within a day or two it's lost shape and looks like a saggy mess. The upside is the dogs love it.

They claim returns are hassle free…

The sofa bean bag is amazing. Really love it and it fits our space really well. I'm removing a star, as we had to fill it ourselves, as the beans came separately. We kinda expected that, for over £300, it would have come prefilled. It was a pretty messy job!

Beans provided do not fill out sofa, however after review more beans were sent out. No issues now :)

The service was good and the product was really nice and just what we wanted. I’ve dropped a star as I would have preferred the chair to have arrived completed and for us no to have to put the polystyrene beads in ourselves. It wasn’t as difficult as anticipated but would have saved on a huge plastic bag.

Lovely wee sofa but would be 5 stars if it had a liner so cover can be washed. Also brilliant if we didn't have to fill it when it arrived..it was easy to fill but still quite a lot of wastage.

The cushion cover was fantastic and well made, however, the inner pillow that we ordered extra didn’t really fill the cover, it was quite a bit smaller and don’t go to the corners

Pleased with the product but surprised I had to fill it myself! This information was not given when I ordered it.

We lost a lot of polystyrene balls when trying to fill it, but it is great quality and my grandson loves it.

The item was not as expected and I had to fill myself which was not easy. Zip pull was a pink paperclip! Not enough fillling so I wrote to them via their online system. They have never replied. Not impressed and the item has already collapsed through lack of filling and is not like the picture on website. Expensive and not worth the money. I don’t recommend.

The zip under the chair has a tacky paper clip attached rather than a proper zip. It feels like the zip is going to break. Feels and looks cheap not had it long and it's getting misshapen.

Bought for my 2 year old, he cant sit on it and slides out becauae the bum space is too small and he is uncomfortable.

the bean bag itself is great, having to put the beans in ourselves - not so great. I don't know why the beans did not come already inside the bag and why we had to put them in ourselves. I cannot see the advantage shipping wise.

I like everything about it. The only reason I gave 4 stars and not 5 is that it is a little short of filling.

Lovely fabric but would have like the foot stool to have been pre-filled with the beans!!
