The sofa didn't look as described. When i added the beans it was so saggy. They did provide another bag of beans which has helpful but the arms are still quite floppy and the sofa can take anymore beans. It's also not as comfortable as expected.

Way way smaller than they appear in the photos, which are clearly taken in a way that’s meant to deceive

Not what was advertised, will be calling soon to talk about this. £200 is excessive for what I have received quite disappointing. I suggest you change the image in your website. It’s a misrepresentation of the product

There are not enough beans to give the shape of the sofa that appears in the adverts. Within a day or two it's lost shape and looks like a saggy mess. The upside is the dogs love it.

They claim returns are hassle free…

I purchased the Albert children beanbag chair in ivory, I received it late as DPD decided they will deliver it to the wrong address the first time. Then when I did receive it, I received a faulty one as it has large pink stains on it. It’s meant to be a gift for someone and when I’ve called I’ve had no answer for 2 days. When I emailed in the morning as soon as I received a delivery I was given a response end of day, stating they wanted a photo. I had already sent them a photo of it within my initial email. This wasted 2 days as I had to send it again and I got a response saying they will exchange the fabric. Which means I have to now wait again god knows how long for the delivery of this fabric and then arrange a return of the dusty fabric. It was meant it be a gift that needs to be given asap. Their phone number evidently isn’t connected as I’ve called at this point over 40 times in the last 2 days. Their email responses have been lacking considering I’ve given all the evidence the first day and they take over 6 hours for an initial response. I’m just shocked.

The beanbag came in two parts where you have to pour the balls Into the beanbag, which is an absolute nightmare, even with two of you. It’s really not worth the money, it’s incredibly expensive for what it is.

The item was not as expected and I had to fill myself which was not easy. Zip pull was a pink paperclip! Not enough fillling so I wrote to them via their online system. They have never replied. Not impressed and the item has already collapsed through lack of filling and is not like the picture on website. Expensive and not worth the money. I don’t recommend.

The zip under the chair has a tacky paper clip attached rather than a proper zip. It feels like the zip is going to break. Feels and looks cheap not had it long and it's getting misshapen.

Bought for my 2 year old, he cant sit on it and slides out becauae the bum space is too small and he is uncomfortable.

I thought for the price I wouldn't have to fill the bean bag myself, which was absolutely night mare..& when finished there was more beans on the floor then in the bag..so I actually gave up & though it away..iv have a new one which came filled.

The item arrived but it did not work for the space so we asked for a return. No-one answered the phone so we emailed. After a few days we received return instructions. The item was returned and delivered on 1 February 2024 but we have not had our refund. The phone is not answered and emails are not answered.

product arrived damaged so polystyrene beads went everywhere when we opened the box

Regret this purchase. Does not sit as represented in pictures, and high backed is a misrepresentation. The mess it made filling the thing as it comes separate from the polystyrene beads was a right pain. Bought as a Xmas present and now have to replace. Would send it back, but no longer have the box.

Very overpriced for what it is, smaller than expected

I was very disappointed that the courier used was Evri. Evri have a poor reputation for reliability and honesty, and in true form I received false attempted delivery notifications and the package was delivered three days after they advised it was out for delivery that day. The package was ultimately delivered and left in an unsafe place, causing me to have to contact a relative to drive to my address to retrieve it. I would not order from Big Bertha again unless they ceased using this rogue courier service, they may be cheaper than other companies, but that’s not looking after the customer is it?

There wasn’t enough stuffing and when I emailed there’s been no response. My number is 07753469749 should you want to call me and send me more stuffing.

It is a nice chair, good quality material. However the actual area for sitting is quite ridiculous. The chair is meant for 1-3 year olds, mine isn't even 2 and can't even really sit on it due to lack of actual seat space, and he's not exactly big. I do feel like the pictures online falsely represent it and feel like i have wasted money. It's a shame i was so looking forward to him enjoying it and having his own chair but it barely gets used.
