Was smaller than expected for the price I paid OK I got it for £49 but originally was £84 not worth the money

The bag containing the beads was broken resulting in them being everywhere when the box was opened!!..

I wanted to return the product I bought, but they neither answer the phone nor respond to e-mails, only automatic e-mails. Very bad company, please do not buy anything. They are scammers.

The sofa doesn't come filled so you have to do it yrself. Absolute nightmare. Spent 4 hrs trying to do just that and the filling went everywhere which took forever to clean up. When finally filled it could do with more filling but after all the issues with filling it I gave up. It would be an OK sofa for a child in a playroom but does not seat 2 adults unless you like sitting with Yr knees up by Yr ears!!

The bean bag is much smaller than the pictures suggest. There are not enough beans for the bag or the poof.

It was big just what I wanted but not soft enough. It’s okay

Fill the fucking things

The quality isn’t the same as what it looked like on the website, not comfortable and definitely not worth the amount they charge. Also having to fill it yourself is extremely annoying.

Provide free return slips, send item ready made, show better product pictures so you can see how small item is 👍

There doesn't appear to be enough filling. Because if only one person sits down, all the filling moves to leave you sitting on the floor!

If we had paid full price I would of returned to be honest. No where near enough beans in so had to buy more and the finishing touches are very poor. Instead of a zip there is a paper clip ? It wasn't cheap would of expected better

Cushion were not the size as advertised

The bean bag when filled it’s really nice , but having to fill it yourself is a total nightmare!! So difficult, even with two people the dam beads go everywhere… the instructions are useless… I don’t under why it doesn’t come filled … hence the 3 star rating

Beans and bag cover arrived separately and needed inserting with the help of another person....I live on my own. Also the covers are too slippy to sit in!

Not enough beans, bunches up at the back when kids sit on it

Bought the 2 seater sofa, arrived with two massive boxes and had to get all the filling inside the cover myself - which went everywhere. For some reason I thought spending £220 I would have it delivered in one piece ready to go. I bought the bright pink which wasn’t a very nice pink in the flesh, more red /orange. I decided I wanted to send it back as I wasn’t happy and it wasn’t comfortable at all, felt too stiff, you couldn’t relax on it and felt like you were going to slip onto the floor as it’s not that deep and the back is really stiff and full. Contacted cust services who said to return I would need to get all the filling out again and put back in the bags. Also to return they arrange dpd to come and collect but at the cost of £18 which came out of my refund. Obviously was a nightmare trying to get all of the filling out again and back into the bags. Wish I hadn’t bothered it was just a massive headache that costed me £18.

Colour was not the same. Paid more for a brown toddler chair. Was grey rather than brown, on checking wed received the right one, was advised this batch was slightly grey, so if I wanted to keep it would offer 20% discount. This made the price the same as the grey option they sell.

Absolutely conned.. Very misleading photos, misrepresentation of the product. Extremely disappointed, actually thrown it out.. Want money back please.. Feel robbed.. A waste of time and £300..

Ordered beanbag footstool. Received footstool covers and styrofoam balls instead. No instructions either.
