ordered online, order cancelled as order was out of stock, but happened two days later by which time it was too late to order a replacement elsewhere. Very poor
Edit: in response to reply, I was told the item was out of stock so told I could wait until it came back into stock or cancel. I cancelled and bought on amazon instead. I think this is a perfectly fair review considerin the inconvenience

Bulk buying more economical than tiny bags from the Health Food Shop
I have bought bulk bags (5/10kg) of seeds, dates and sea salt from Wilton on several occasions now and the product supplied has always been excellent. Courier delivery prices to the North of Scotland have varied from order to order, and I have always found it necessary to juggle the selection of items in the basket to optimise the cost of delivery, which jumps up and down in unpredictable ways. Courier service is also unpredictable - first order delivered to a wrong address about 5 miles away. This time the box, clearly marked as foodstuffs and to be kept away from heat, was left on my doorstep in full summer sunshine, and to cap it all, the person had taken the grubby lid from my ash bin behind the house and put it on top of the box. There had been no email to alert me to when the delivery was to be expected, either date or time. What if I had been away overnight, or it had come on to rain? Rather a shame to be let down in this way when the Wilton side of things has always been so consistently good.

Brilliant as usual
Easy, problem-free ordering and delivery as usual. Wilton has become our go-to place for most of our dried fruit and nut needs, of which we eat a lot! We'd use them for things like pasta and rice too if the products offered came closer to basic-range supermarket prices.
