ordered online, order cancelled as order was out of stock, but happened two days later by which time it was too late to order a replacement elsewhere. Very poor
Edit: in response to reply, I was told the item was out of stock so told I could wait until it came back into stock or cancel. I cancelled and bought on amazon instead. I think this is a perfectly fair review considerin the inconvenience

Overall a very positive first experience
Love the set up for delivery charges, we go through a lot of herbs & spices so this worked for us. Service is good, prices are competitive on many things and delivery is quick. Expanding the range a little is always a good thing, perhaps a bigger range of beans or such. Overall a very positive first experience.

Great value + delivery to feed the family in a healthy way
Great value and fast reliable delivery. Have resorted to buying jumbo porridge oats in bulk just for family use, so the teenagers can have multiple bowls of healthy snacks! They mix oats with cornflakes, bran flakes etc to make a healthy cereal rather than making porridge.

Excellent reliable service as always. Just a note for your info. - The box (package) had been opened during shipment. I don't have a problem with that, but whoever opened , presumably to inspect content, should then re-seal the box. As it happens, all the contents were intact.

From the delivery photo, it looks like a very clean cut in the tape at the top and i can certainly see why you might think it has been opened (and not damaged). However, due to the fact that we use a paper based tape, it's possible that the tape could have been slit by another box placed on top (particularly if it had a sharp or well defined edge). Even though the tape is reinforced, it is *possible* for this to occur.
To be honest, I really don't know how it happened so all I can do is apologise! The fact that nothing has been lost or damaged does suggest that the final delivery courier has taken a great deal of care in getting it to you.
I hope this won't put you off ordering from us again!

Good choice of whole foods and easy to use website
Excellent choice of healthy, whole foods. The website was easy to navigate and the ordering process was user friendly. My order was despatched quickly and I liked that were multiple delivery options in case I’d wanted my order to arrive sooner. Good value for money too.

I can't say it enough!
I really can't say this enough, Wilton Wholefoods really are awesome. I've ordered their Breakfast Boost several times in the last few weeks, and it has been a lifesaver. I struggle with food and use it in aiding my recovery with breakfast. I used a different brand before, however, they stopped making it and I searched all over for a replacement. I happened upon Wilton Wholefoods by chance and have never looked back.

My brother recommended me Wilton Wholefoods are suggested me to order from them. The whole experience of the order platform was much simpler, easier to understand and faster. The delivery was in three days but I received the next day by DPD. It was super fast and perfect. I ordered a 25kg quinoa which came in a box and inside the box was a premium quality brown paper bag which was sealed with my quinoa. I’m very happy with my order and my first experience with Wilton. Thank you and a promise you have got me as a loyal customer:)
