ordered online, order cancelled as order was out of stock, but happened two days later by which time it was too late to order a replacement elsewhere. Very poor
Edit: in response to reply, I was told the item was out of stock so told I could wait until it came back into stock or cancel. I cancelled and bought on amazon instead. I think this is a perfectly fair review considerin the inconvenience

My brother recommended me Wilton Wholefoods are suggested me to order from them. The whole experience of the order platform was much simpler, easier to understand and faster. The delivery was in three days but I received the next day by DPD. It was super fast and perfect. I ordered a 25kg quinoa which came in a box and inside the box was a premium quality brown paper bag which was sealed with my quinoa. I’m very happy with my order and my first experience with Wilton. Thank you and a promise you have got me as a loyal customer:)

Security risk!
Purchase was great but the delivery was poor (DPD)
I delayed and delayed ordering until the minimum delivery day was the day I returned from holiday. Unfortunately DPD delivered two days early so my very noticeable delivery was left on my doorstep (on a main road), unmoved for 48 hours.

Oh No! I'm so sorry - that's my packing ladies exceeding their daily quotas again... they take pride in despatching orders sooner than they are due!
Should you be in this position in the future, there are two options open to you:
1. You can put a note on the order, asking for despatch on a particular day (or not delivered before xx/xx/xx)
2. You can click the link in the DPD/Evri email that allows you to postpone your delivery until a certain date.
I hope that the oats were in perfect condition after being outside for a couple of days! Good to know that the boxes we use for the oats have a treatment that stops water from penetrating the box (it doesn't make them waterproof, but it stops condensation etc).

Correct order received in good time and reasonably priced - love that I could buy unsulphured apricots and minimally processed whole candied peel.

The packaging for each product should have the recycling code printed on the label. The spice tubs are 100% recyclable but the small spice sachets are currently not recyclable - this is due to a dual layer laminated bag that preserves the life of the spices. We've tried using recyclable film for these but it simply doesn't work.

Thank you for your review. We have learned how to pack and send the 25kg sacks of oats over time. We designed a custom box specifically for this product so that it would survive the rigours of courier delivery! I'm to hear it was all worthwhile :-)

Mixed fruit & chopped apricots are delicious, I will never buy my fruit from anywhere else, I have purchased other dried fruits before from this company. I have been so surprised with quality. I will be putting another order in shortly.
