The ordering process was very straight forward, accessing processing/shipping info was very easy as well, and on delivery all items were sealed very well to avoid any spillage during transit (I’ve had issues with this in the past with other stores). Lastly multiple payment options available as well which is a bonus. Overall really happy with My Hair & Beauty and will definitely be ordering again!

I ordered 4 items, 2 each of 2 products. One of the products was fine, but the other was out of date dead stock sold at full price. I am a make up artist and know my stuff when it comes to the beauty industry. This product had a packaging update over 2 years ago. The items were sold in the old packaging and when I checked the stock number on the boxes, they're over a year out of date. Really annoying and no way to do business. Shame on you. Lesson learned, I won't purchase from here again, and I'll make sure to let everyone know. Totally unacceptable.

I ordered and it arrived within a couple of days. I'm soooo happy it arrived earlier than expected. I will order from this company again as long as there's stock available. My grandson has been trying to buy this product in the shop for weeks but it's always out of stock. So he's happy I managed to get it for him.
