The ordering process was very straight forward, accessing processing/shipping info was very easy as well, and on delivery all items were sealed very well to avoid any spillage during transit (I’ve had issues with this in the past with other stores). Lastly multiple payment options available as well which is a bonus. Overall really happy with My Hair & Beauty and will definitely be ordering again!

I ordered 4 items, 2 each of 2 products. One of the products was fine, but the other was out of date dead stock sold at full price. I am a make up artist and know my stuff when it comes to the beauty industry. This product had a packaging update over 2 years ago. The items were sold in the old packaging and when I checked the stock number on the boxes, they're over a year out of date. Really annoying and no way to do business. Shame on you. Lesson learned, I won't purchase from here again, and I'll make sure to let everyone know. Totally unacceptable.

Ordered 3 of the same item, the money was with drawn direct from Paypal -advised only 2 left and will receive a refund for the 3rd item in 7 days. It should have shown that only 2 were available at the start.

Poor overall
The web page needs review, as the order I saw on screen changed oddly. I had to contact customer services by email as the phone call I did was not answered. Poor overall. Correct items arrived only by me complaining.

Poor package!
You suppose to more care about packing parcles. one of the bottle was squeezed in the transport, so lots of shampoo just pour in the bag! Leaking all around. Very disappointing !
