The order came quickly, which I have no problem with, but what could be better is that they sent me items with cheaper price lables to the price I paid online which cost more. I notified them of this, and thought it right that they should really refund the difference as to me it's overcharging. Their response was not really satisfactory as they said that it was the correct price I paid online. How can that be if the actual items you are presented with is different.

I placed an order 06 January 2024 and to date I have not heard anything from them. I have emailed them and am waiting for a response. I’m afraid that i might have lost my money
