I'm still a loyal customer regardless of the things you have change on the website which, in my opinion, have been changed for the worse. For instance, now to book a flight the choice states the price as "from £..." and when you click it's a lot more expensive than you thought it was. Then, in order to look for the real price you have to go one by one instead of having the whole selection by date and real price at once of almost the whole month as it used to be. Also, now it's more confusing with the choice of light, standard and flex. If you go by the price and click on light, it tells you you cannot buy luggage at this point so you don't know how much it's going to cost you afterwards. By then, you change your first choice and look for another date or price. If you change your mind and try to go back to the first choice, invariable it is more expensive than the first time you clicked on it. I don't think you are really trying to get the best service for the customer but you do manage to confuse and alienate them.

The webpage for paying via Visa debit wouldn't load properly, so had to pay via PayPal for which there is a charge. Also, my partner booked her ticket on the App and was quoted a cheaper price than my online booking for exactly the same date and trip, how is this fair!

Poor website functionality when booking

The website is very inconvenient. When booking, there are a few options (light, standard, etc) and baggage options for each are displayed. But nowhere does it say how or whether it is possible to pay for luggage separately. Can I add luggage later? Who knows. Book and find out! Additionally, the page with lots of options says "Continue to payment" after which I expect a summary before a "Pay now" button or similar. In fact the "Continue to payment" button just charges you and confirms booking, which was a surprise.

Misleading information Regarding the baby bassinet in the Air France transatlantic flights in their website it says that a bassinet is free of charge but went I try to reserve one for my baby girl they asked me to paid £59 even though I have book in comfort class doesn’t seem fair that after I paid £900 in just one way I can get a bassinet for my baby travel comfortable in a flight of 12 hours very disappointing

The app

I down loaded your app to my phone. It won't take my email and password. 24 hours later in still waiting on my SMS message to change my password. Today the app isn't opening at all. I wanted to add checked luggage individually but I couldn't find how to do this so I've had to pay for a bag I don't need.

Good to be able to find flights and book with confidence as AF is a trusted brand, but at one stage the booking engine wasn't available in the UK which was frustrating. Also when looking at multi stop itinerary (adding a stopover in Paris on the way out to Madagascar) there didn't appear to be an option to select a more flexible fare.

On my flight from AMS to GRU, there was only meal at beginning of the flight and just before landing at destination. There was supposed to be snack in the middle of the flight, but I must have slept and nothing was left on my try at all. It took very long time to see any flight attendant to even grab some water.

Delays are for me a nightmare as for so many people, telling people real problems up front can make things better. I think you do this well but could do better. For example, a component failure when the airplane is right in front of you should not be there is a delay.
