I'm still a loyal customer regardless of the things you have change on the website which, in my opinion, have been changed for the worse. For instance, now to book a flight the choice states the price as "from £..." and when you click it's a lot more expensive than you thought it was. Then, in order to look for the real price you have to go one by one instead of having the whole selection by date and real price at once of almost the whole month as it used to be. Also, now it's more confusing with the choice of light, standard and flex. If you go by the price and click on light, it tells you you cannot buy luggage at this point so you don't know how much it's going to cost you afterwards. By then, you change your first choice and look for another date or price. If you change your mind and try to go back to the first choice, invariable it is more expensive than the first time you clicked on it. I don't think you are really trying to get the best service for the customer but you do manage to confuse and alienate them.

The webpage for paying via Visa debit wouldn't load properly, so had to pay via PayPal for which there is a charge. Also, my partner booked her ticket on the App and was quoted a cheaper price than my online booking for exactly the same date and trip, how is this fair!

I wanted to pay via my bank but it lead me to an app that I do not use or wish to download, so I have ended up having to do a bank transfer. My bank flagged up the details as concerning transaction, as something about the details that had been provided to me did not match, however, they let me proceed. I completed the transaction as soon as I had but I am still waiting to hear from Air France if the money has been received and confirmation that the flight is booked. In these days of technology, I would expect an easier and quicker way to pay and quicker confirmation of my flight. Not very impressed.

Disappointing

My booking timed out just before pressing pay. I went to rebook straight away and the price had increased by 60/70 pound already. I had no choice but to book these flights so paid the higher price. The next day the flights were the cheaper price again. Your website states you don’t use cookies to track interest and increase prices. That is not true at all.

Awaful experience Im going to a funeral explained multiple times i need my handluggage to go straight and not wait and the rude staff at the gate couldnt be bothered! And there was plenty of space in the cabin. Just really nasty behaviour in a stressful time like this for the passenger

Have not managed to make a payment after 48 hours of trying, as the webpage gave me an error. Asked for help using whatsapp, got redirected to a phone number, called, asked to wait for longer till the payment is properly cancelled from the airline side.

I paid by bank transfer on Thursday 25th. AF sent a message to say that my booking will be cancelled if not paid by 27th but there is no email to confirm receipt of payment!

On board with Business class

Business class on board was the same as I remember from traveling before Covid, for a flight to Rio from Paris it was comfortable and almost relaxing (I'm not a fan of flying) however boarding as a business class traveller no longer has the simple benefit of being out of the 'crush' once on the airbridge walking to the plane and started the journey off on the wrong foot. A note to add for the travel through Charles De Gaulle Airport. You will need more time now as the security checks take longer with all the hand luggage people are now encouraged to take.

I think Air France is one of most punctual big airlines, I flew with so many different once recently, i keep going back to them. The food is so much better, service has been good and they are generally reasonably priced, though they are getting a little more expensive. But being flying blue member does not really do anything

The booking was relatively straightforward. However, I was informed that I should contact the customer service team at the payment stage. On my second attempt to find and book the same flight again, the price had increased by 100 pounds, and the payment went through with no issues.
