I'm still a loyal customer regardless of the things you have change on the website which, in my opinion, have been changed for the worse. For instance, now to book a flight the choice states the price as "from £..." and when you click it's a lot more expensive than you thought it was. Then, in order to look for the real price you have to go one by one instead of having the whole selection by date and real price at once of almost the whole month as it used to be. Also, now it's more confusing with the choice of light, standard and flex. If you go by the price and click on light, it tells you you cannot buy luggage at this point so you don't know how much it's going to cost you afterwards. By then, you change your first choice and look for another date or price. If you change your mind and try to go back to the first choice, invariable it is more expensive than the first time you clicked on it. I don't think you are really trying to get the best service for the customer but you do manage to confuse and alienate them.

The webpage for paying via Visa debit wouldn't load properly, so had to pay via PayPal for which there is a charge. Also, my partner booked her ticket on the App and was quoted a cheaper price than my online booking for exactly the same date and trip, how is this fair!

I had an initial quote from a comparison website which was lower quote. The link to the airfrance website for payment had an increase from the initial quote i had recieved from the compaison site which is disappointing 😏

the one and only thing you can do is to improve your website since it never works and makes us waste so much time and always having to end up calling to get anything done. There are always glitches on your website....

Changed price from advertised. Only added one person when trying to add 3 travellers. Charged more for the other two passengers when added 5 minutes later. Would only produce invoice for one of the bookings.

Not impressed that my £1300 ticket to Johannesburg got changed to a 8 hour layover in Paris with no compensation or aces to AirFrance lounge. All alternative flights had a total travel time of 25 hours!!

Dishonest, Secretive, Inefficient, Indifferent...

AirFrance is happy to take your money but not acknowledge receipt or give basic information about what has happened to your payment. £1258.77 of my money is missing and I have no flight. Ref. LDTHD8

Very poor customer’s service, my ticket been cancelled and they didn’t refund me, every time I call the customer’s service I get new story to delay the refund, NOT RECOMMENDED AT ALL

the website is horribly unresponsive

the website is horrible. very unresponsive. I can't find my booking using the booking details, the only way I can access it is by clicking on the link in the confirmation email.
