I'm still a loyal customer regardless of the things you have change on the website which, in my opinion, have been changed for the worse. For instance, now to book a flight the choice states the price as "from £..." and when you click it's a lot more expensive than you thought it was. Then, in order to look for the real price you have to go one by one instead of having the whole selection by date and real price at once of almost the whole month as it used to be. Also, now it's more confusing with the choice of light, standard and flex. If you go by the price and click on light, it tells you you cannot buy luggage at this point so you don't know how much it's going to cost you afterwards. By then, you change your first choice and look for another date or price. If you change your mind and try to go back to the first choice, invariable it is more expensive than the first time you clicked on it. I don't think you are really trying to get the best service for the customer but you do manage to confuse and alienate them.

The webpage for paying via Visa debit wouldn't load properly, so had to pay via PayPal for which there is a charge. Also, my partner booked her ticket on the App and was quoted a cheaper price than my online booking for exactly the same date and trip, how is this fair!

-Poor Service complaint department for fight between France in Ivory Coast -Poor quality food -overpriced tickets fight for Family travellers going from Europe to Ivory Coast -Air France have big market with no competitors in Africa for decades but the ticket are still very expensive compared to other companies . -frequent delays on luggage.

My boarding pass was not available on email, I had to go to the airport check desk to print my boarding pass and the lady took my hand luggage, despite the fact I wanted to keep it with me. Also, when we landed I noticed from the place window my luggage was dropped from the hold compartment and was lying in the wet tarmac and it was all wet.

Unable to rectify ticket purchase error within 5 minutes

Whilst booking my ticket online somehow the date got changed and I bought tickets for wrong date. I realised within 5 minutes and contacted Air France on WhatsApp. They refused to let me change dates. Other airlines allow you to correct mistakes made within a 1 hr or 24 hr window. I think this is very poor customer service from Air France

I was a bit disappointed with this flight as I thought I had chosen a forward isle seat as usual but after check in I ended up in 26F? Being at the back of the plane I was with families and so not my ideal business experience due to the noise. Also there were only cheese sandwiches which I cannot eat, no alternative and no wine.

The website was difficult to use. I had to try on different platforms before I was able to book successfully. It would not recognise any entry in the name field so could not progress. I tried on Safari, Flying blue app, Chrome and Edge. It was a frustrating experience and took me over an hour making different attempts.

It is a disgrace to have to pay extra to ensure your family can travel together. Many families cannot pay the exorbitant charge that would add up to. Leaves families stressed … when a trip should be enjoyed… waiting up until the open seating time to sit together. I’ll just let the stewardesses take care of the kids.

Misleading

During the booking process it is suggested that you can reserve seats "from £0" whereas in fact the charges are £9/£10 per seat per journey and it is said that "you may be charged for use of a credit card" - to discourage that route? - whereas no charge is applied, and I suspect that wouldn't be legal anyhow.

Overpriced

I could not have enough time to complete my booking therefore price went up 10 pounds each time I had to start a session again . This happen within 30 minutes.I find this no ethical to take advantage of a customer who is just taking its time to book by charging more and more when fees are already high

I started the booking process for a ticket costing €165 and then the process will stack at the payment option and not go further. Restart the process again and the price increase to €195, go the payment option and then stop again. Third attempt with a new price of€225 and finally it worked !!!

Your system wouldn’t allow me a name change. I paid about £588.00 for the two tickets. I had to cancel and get a refund. I then got the tickets elsewhere for £388.00. So your company lost out on £588 and I got it cheaper elsewhere. Simply because you couldn’t change the name on the booking.

Aircraft change has led to prices increasing by £200 each

Intended to make a split booking for my family. First booking was ok and then received notification that aircraft on return leg had changed, a smaller aircraft. Came to make second and prices on return leg had risen by £200 per person. Which has led to half my family returning on easyJet

Email confirmation arived with so little info as reservation number. No flight number, time and dates, passager names etc. When i try to see my book in your site, it simply doesnt found it. And when i try to get help you somply doesnt respond (by whatsapp or chat any way)

You don’t care about your regular customers of many years. You care about your profits. Services have become very expensive and poor. Seats have become small and packed passengers like sardines on flights to Abidjan. You change flight times with no compensations.

Better customer service because I am waiting for a fecund of my previous booking with air france . I was informed that I will receive my refund within 3 to 4 weeks but it's more then 6 months and I have not received anything untill today .

Flights cancelled with 1-2 hours of making the booking

I Booked a flight to Paris CDG on route to Rennes and within 1-2 hours they had cancelled it and rebooked me to a flight I could not use as I had already booked train tickets to match the flight that did not show up as air/rail options

Air France refuse to refund me for flights it cancelled

Air France cancelled a flight and gave me a voucher which they said could be refunded if not used. We did not use it but now they say it's not refundable. By law they have to refund us as they cancelled the flight, not us.

I had an initial quote from a comparison website which was lower quote. The link to the airfrance website for payment had an increase from the initial quote i had recieved from the compaison site which is disappointing 😏

the one and only thing you can do is to improve your website since it never works and makes us waste so much time and always having to end up calling to get anything done. There are always glitches on your website....

Changed price from advertised. Only added one person when trying to add 3 travellers. Charged more for the other two passengers when added 5 minutes later. Would only produce invoice for one of the bookings.
