I was very impressed with the speed of service and also the regular updates informing me of the status of my order.
But the main thing that swung it for me was the fact that your were actually able to source and deliver the product where as another company has kept me waiting saying the product was out of stock, then saying it was out for delivery and then to follow up with sorry no the product is actually obsolete and not manufactured anymore - I got a full refund -but NB the price they were charging was almost double what you charged me.

Unfortunately I needed a part for my tumble drier and FIXPART advertised it as 'in stock' for immediate dispatch with a 1-2 working day delivery period. Once I ordered it and paid for it I got an email from a French courier saying that the item was being prepared for delivery. I contacted the FIXPART and was advised that the part was not in stock in the UK and was dispatched from a warehouse in Europe. I have been following the tracking, and the item has been (and still is) sitting in a depot in England for the past few days, labelled now as 'Parcel in Transit'. I feel I was misled by the 'in stock' status and the website description of '1-2 working days' delivery. I appreciate this is a minor incovenience not having a drier, but it's a hassle with kids and work uniforms to get dried. Cant recommend FIXPART on this basis.

Despite being promised delivery on 28 September by Royal Mail we still have not received the goods. I realise that this is out of your hands but will we be affected if we need to return the item? And can you influence the deliverer?

Misleading delivery
The website states 2 to 4 days delivery. What it doesn't say, is that only applies to product in stock.
My goods came from France and so had a somewhat longer delivery period. However, it was exactly what I needed and as described.

Initially very helpful in finding the right part, which was sent out promptly. Unfortuneatly the part was broken and here the customer service was poor, i had to send many photos and took about 10 days before they resent a new one.

Original product arrived damaged, it was replaced fairly quickly at no additional cost, the replacement also had some minor damage but it was not worth returning. The original damaged product was due to inappropriate packaging.

Delivery rather slow - the simple replacement oven lamp glass cover came from France. The part was quite expensive. Cheaper alternatives are available but I believe this was an OEM part which is why I paid the higher price.

Did not deliver to the right address. Did not allow to use a house name but use a house number as default and put house name in notes.

Not the Best Experience
Part to longer than stipulated on the website to arrive and communication was very poor. Despite using the online contact feature twice I had no reply to my query.
The part that arrived was correct and packaged well.

Part arrived broken but got it sorted eventually!
Part arrived broken. The customer service team responded to my complaint promptly. I did need to quote my Consumer Rights to get things sorted though. Once they admitted liability the replacement product arrived fast.

The improvement can be is communication. I only recieved one email about my order so had no idea when it was with the courier. And also the tracking app didn’t work. I emailed 3 times about it but received no help.

Fast delivery. Do make sure you order exactly what you think you need as returns almost impossible to do.you either get a response saying you can’t return or you exchange multiple messages and get nowhere 🤔

Whilst using your site was good and the price was good the delivery is very poor

The part was cheaper than the original, but once postage was added it was nearly the same price. Delivery was very slow. Next time I would go for the original with free next day delivery.
