I was very impressed with the speed of service and also the regular updates informing me of the status of my order.
But the main thing that swung it for me was the fact that your were actually able to source and deliver the product where as another company has kept me waiting saying the product was out of stock, then saying it was out for delivery and then to follow up with sorry no the product is actually obsolete and not manufactured anymore - I got a full refund -but NB the price they were charging was almost double what you charged me.

Unfortunately I needed a part for my tumble drier and FIXPART advertised it as 'in stock' for immediate dispatch with a 1-2 working day delivery period. Once I ordered it and paid for it I got an email from a French courier saying that the item was being prepared for delivery. I contacted the FIXPART and was advised that the part was not in stock in the UK and was dispatched from a warehouse in Europe. I have been following the tracking, and the item has been (and still is) sitting in a depot in England for the past few days, labelled now as 'Parcel in Transit'. I feel I was misled by the 'in stock' status and the website description of '1-2 working days' delivery. I appreciate this is a minor incovenience not having a drier, but it's a hassle with kids and work uniforms to get dried. Cant recommend FIXPART on this basis.

Bosch Siemens brewing unit coffee machine
FixPart offer two replacement options for a brewing unit, which I needed pronto. Having sent an email to enquire about the difference between the two, it took them over 24 hours to respond and ask me to send them details of the two options. Why they couldn't have looked at their own website to establish this is beyond me, but I wasn't minded to wait any longer and just made made a decision myself. When you need a replacement item rapidly, response times are too slow and insufficiently proactive. The item itself was fine!

Reasonable price compared with other companies BUT…
Reasonable price compared with other companies in UK. I must say reading other comments I am pleased my part is working fine, saying that I have only had it a couple of days. Wasn't really happy that I received a text at 6:54hrs.(which I did not hear come through) to say it was arriving between 8:30hrs. and 9:30hrs that day, it was only luck that I checked my mobile at 8:15hrs. as it did arrive at 8:34hrs. in a huge box which had a A4 Jiffy bag containing the roller part for my microwave and plenty of brown wrapping paper to fill the box......
what a waste.

Good service marred by delivery
I found the part easily enough. Was disappointed that the cost kept rising as I made my way through checkout but ok. The real problem wasn't them but their choice of courier. Once the part arrived in England it took Royal Mail more than a week of constant chasing to get the part the 11 miles from Heathrow to S London. Both RM and Parcelforce are famously inept and made the wait for a working washer nearly 2 weeks. With 3 young kids, working full time and not having time to visit a launderette, we can't have that.

Had the part but at a price
I lost a piece of a Smeg hob. I could have bought a kit from Smeg for about £150 but I only wanted a small part. Fixpart are one of the few sites to sell the individual elements of the hob kit. I thought it was a bargain at under £13. However, by the time they'd added tax, packaging, postage and 'payment cost', whatever that is, the total came to nearly £23. Not such a bargain! Why does a piece of metal the size and shape of a 2p coin need any more packing than an envelope? Fragile it's not!

Unfortunately the compatibility of some parts are inaccurate when model number is put in.
Totally different part not prepared to modify to make fit and have different specifications part in machine. Wanted exact replacement like for like. Lost confidence so will return and get exact part from elsewhere. Ordering and speed of delivery was good just shame it was wrong part. Will try again in the future but for this repair I just and to sort quickly and found exact part looking for elsewhere.

To be fair the part I ordered did arrive and it was correct. I wasn’t happy that you call yourself Fix Part United Kingdom and have a .co.uk e mail address but are actually based in Europe. You also have no telephone numbers to call customer services. If the part had been wrong or hadn’t arrived it would be a lengthy difficult process to get a refund. You shouldn’t be allowed to give the impression that you’re based in the UK if you’re not !

Did not live up to web site promise
Use true information on web site. Deliver as promised. Product said in stock with next day delivery. Order confirmation email said 2-3 days. Actually took 7 days. We site said UK. Product came from France. My chaser email was responded to with apology that it had been out of stock and they "couldn't tell me sooner".
Delivery cost £6.95 and they've ignored my request to refund that.
Product when received was exactly as promised.

I haven't received all the parts I originally ordered, to date only two have arrived. I was informed that the all the parts would be delivered in two dispatches. I have not received any further updates on this outstanding part order. Can you let me know when its likely to to be complete?

Took longer than stated for delivery. Very expensive for what is, effectively, a small piece of plastic. But the only place I could source the spare, that’s not even stocked by the manufacturer. Arrived in a huge box with lots of padding but, given its a plastic item, a Jiffy bag would surely have sufficed. Not going to complain about receiving the part safely though.

The coffee grinder was not new. Had bits of coffee grounds stuck to it. And although it was a different shape it still fitted the machine. And it works, which is the main thing. They advertised delivery in 1 or 2 days but it took the best part of a week to reach me. I would have ordered from somewhere else if I'd known that.

It took a long time to respond to my query about a specific suitable part. In the end I took a flyer on a part which looked right and was labelled Gorenge. It happens to have blue tint but that was acceptable inside the fridge and was half the cost of the part recommended to me in the end.

Poor picture with no description in online store contact was sent pdf which never showed much help sent photo of part and where it fitted just to be replied with another pdf exploded drawing took a chance and bought what I thought ver expensive for a little plastic switch

Found the part ok and the washing machine now works fine.
A bit more up front info would be useful about where the part would come from and how long delivery would be.
The parts came from France and took a little longer than expected.
