Hi I was very impressed with the speed of service and also the regular updates informing me of the status of my order. But the main thing that swung it for me was the fact that your were actually able to source and deliver the product where as another company has kept me waiting saying the product was out of stock, then saying it was out for delivery and then to follow up with sorry no the product is actually obsolete and not manufactured anymore - I got a full refund -but NB the price they were charging was almost double what you charged me.

Unfortunately I needed a part for my tumble drier and FIXPART advertised it as 'in stock' for immediate dispatch with a 1-2 working day delivery period. Once I ordered it and paid for it I got an email from a French courier saying that the item was being prepared for delivery. I contacted the FIXPART and was advised that the part was not in stock in the UK and was dispatched from a warehouse in Europe. I have been following the tracking, and the item has been (and still is) sitting in a depot in England for the past few days, labelled now as 'Parcel in Transit'. I feel I was misled by the 'in stock' status and the website description of '1-2 working days' delivery. I appreciate this is a minor incovenience not having a drier, but it's a hassle with kids and work uniforms to get dried. Cant recommend FIXPART on this basis.

Not kept informed of shipments, slow to respond to emails.

I was informed of the first shipment, then told could not shipment 2nd door bin as out of stock, so I asked for a refund. Next email told me they had raised an investigation and would be in touch. Emailed to ask what investigation was for, the response did not hate sense so had to email again. Turns out the 2nd door bin had been despatched but I was never told this and it went missing in transit. Then received another email telling me I was being sent a free of charge door bin. Had to email to them understand what was going on. Not kept informed, slow to respond, not kept informed .

All was ok, except the price inflation!

All was ok with the parts supplied. DPD provide excellent delivery with date and time communication. What really let Fixpart down was that whist the items were described on the webpage l needed clarification from you that what I was buying was the right part. Each email despite being sent from an operator address they seemed to go to the back of the queue so clarification took 4 days. In this time the parts increased in price from £24 and £48 to circa £60 each.

Additional cost and Delivery

Whilst ordering the part was straight forward on the website, I was surprised that i had to pay a customs fee of £16.01, which was not made clear at the time of purchase and is not indicated on your website. In addition it has taken 7 working days for the items to be delivered and your website clearly states Fast Delivery 1 to 3 days from confirmation of payment

There is nobody to ring on fixpart only email which lets the company down .. plus using a French company called chronopost to deliver your item is ridiculous.. chronopost is all in French or you can ring Paris?.. use Royal Mail .. at least Royal Mail put a card through your door when you are not in and then you can collect it yourself from Depo

This is the second handle I have ordered in the space of two weeks. There wasn’t a problem with the first one but I realised that the fridge door handle needed replacing too. The product itself is excellent but as I said in my earlier review, for the price I would have expected new attachments for the handle and white ‘ fill in’ pieces to cover the screws. Had these been included I would have awarded 5 stars. I have not had any response to my earlier feedback . Therefore I can only assume that my feedback has no significance or impact.

Satisfied……eventually

The picture of the particular part I required was upside down so it was very confusing at first to identify. Therefore I emailed customer service who basically wanted me to identify which part was necessary from an unsophisticated enlarged diagram. I needed help with either an order number or the picture but neither was offered. I returned to the picture again & realised it was upside down & ordered accordingly. So I got there in the end but customer service really needs to up their gain!

I liked the product but the delivery company DPD were appalling my parcel was left in an out building at a house over 1mile from where I live luckily we have a local what's app group and I was able to track it down, Please change your delivery company they are letting you down badly.
