Hi I was very impressed with the speed of service and also the regular updates informing me of the status of my order. But the main thing that swung it for me was the fact that your were actually able to source and deliver the product where as another company has kept me waiting saying the product was out of stock, then saying it was out for delivery and then to follow up with sorry no the product is actually obsolete and not manufactured anymore - I got a full refund -but NB the price they were charging was almost double what you charged me.

Because FixPart is a .co.uk website, I assumed any returns would be to a UK address, especially considering how prominently they advertise their green credentials. I had a shock when they instructed me to return the part to Italy. I sent the parcel back via Evri 4 weeks ago, but FixPart have since ignored all of my emails requesting an update on this return. I feel completely ripped off.

Avoid like the plague. Not UK

I actually can't believe that you have the audacity to ask for a review. Ordered a lock for a washing machine door, two day delivery became two weeks, from somewhere in France. Asked for refund and got an ignorant reply with mega instructions to send it back at my own expense

The correct part was delivered and I have no complaints about it. However, since you asked for constructive feedback I would say that the price was on the high side and, at 4 working days, the delivery time was excessive.

Website incorrect, now refusing to accept return,

Your website recommended a C00312856 seal for my WHIRLPOOL AFB 823 freezer but it does not fit AT ALL. I have been trying to return it but your customer services team are blocking me from doing that. Please give me back my £90.

Very poor service

I asked for a refund immediately as I had ordered the wrong parts but they said they couldn’t as they had already posted it. The parts have still not arrived 7 days later. There is no way they had posted the part. Very poor service

Saskia in customer services very good.

Very helpful customer service (Saskia) in identifying correct part. Rather surprised to find part being shipped from France which probably explains the high postage/packing charge, four customs declaration forms and two commercial invoices. However, despite coming from France, delivery was very efficient but tracking impossible due to Royal Mail's pathetic tracking system.
