I was very impressed with the speed of service and also the regular updates informing me of the status of my order.
But the main thing that swung it for me was the fact that your were actually able to source and deliver the product where as another company has kept me waiting saying the product was out of stock, then saying it was out for delivery and then to follow up with sorry no the product is actually obsolete and not manufactured anymore - I got a full refund -but NB the price they were charging was almost double what you charged me.
Unfortunately I needed a part for my tumble drier and FIXPART advertised it as 'in stock' for immediate dispatch with a 1-2 working day delivery period. Once I ordered it and paid for it I got an email from a French courier saying that the item was being prepared for delivery. I contacted the FIXPART and was advised that the part was not in stock in the UK and was dispatched from a warehouse in Europe. I have been following the tracking, and the item has been (and still is) sitting in a depot in England for the past few days, labelled now as 'Parcel in Transit'. I feel I was misled by the 'in stock' status and the website description of '1-2 working days' delivery. I appreciate this is a minor incovenience not having a drier, but it's a hassle with kids and work uniforms to get dried. Cant recommend FIXPART on this basis.
Courier did not attempt delivery (he lied and scanned "failed attempt" from within his van) and instead sent it to a place miles away expecting me to collect it. Fixpart chose a delivery service where courier will not deliver if it gets to that place. I have now asked for a refund.
Although the company puts "UK" all over their website, the tracking info claimed they sent the part from France.

Expensive and late.
I ordered the item as I lost 2 small plastic pieces from my table stand in a move. Couldnt believe I was being charged over £60 for these parts but couldn't find anywhere else to buy on the internet.
Item was quoted as 1 to 2 weeks delivery but ended up taking almost a month. Arrived in perfect condition.

Liars. Avoid!
On every item you view on their website you will see that it's "in stock" and promises something like "2 working day delivery". For many of the items this appears to be true (hence the positive reviews here).
But, the problem is that it will say this even for items that are not in stock.
Rather than be honest and up front with you, giving you the opportunity to source the part elsewhere, they will just claim it's in stock when they know full well it isn't. Allowing you to purchase it and then be left in a state of limbo while you wait for your part that is suddenly coming from a different country and is going to take weeks to arrive.
This is what happened to me, I was in desperate need of a part to fix our washing machine and was happy to see that FixPart had it and I could get it in a couple of working days. But, when I received the tracking information I was surprised to see it was coming from France and had an estimate of a few weeks.
Then when I contacted customer service to question the situation, I received a reply telling me how to find my tracking information, which I already had and was not in the slightest what my email was asking!
Since we couldn't wait that long, I ended up having to order another one from Samsung directly at substantial extra cost to myself. And I still haven't even received the one from FixPart!
If you look at the other negative reviews here you will see many people with the same story.
It seems that most people get their part with little fuss, but there are plenty of us who have been lied to like this.
I certainly won't be using this company again and I would recommend no one else does either.
For one, it's not worth the risk, just get the part from somewhere that is trustworthy (because you may end up having to do that anyway).
And for two, they're happy to lie to their customers and I personally don't want to give my money to a company like that.

The poor website poor service wouldn’t recommend ordering off these specially order the wrong part or apart that’s not in stock and you don’t wanna wait four weeks for delivery you’re struggle to get response to get a refund
Very poor customer service it’s allowed me to order a part and wasn’t in stock with a four week delivery date which did not tell me before I purchased. I’ve sent several emails for a refund with no response.

Cooker door ordered and received wrong colour after already asking
Ordered the part needed after asking what colour it would be, you were unable to give me a colour or a guaranteed return policy if it was wrong. Item got delivered in the wrong colour which was very poor as I was forced it to ordered on the chance it was correct. After contacting the company about the issue I received the standard return policy which is no good to me as the cooker door is the wrong colour and not really giving me any options to resolve.

Massive delay in delivery. Not a uk company
Be clear that you are not a Uk company despite a misleading web address. It’s not your fault but post brexit any part you ship will get stuck in customs and not be delivered without a big delay

Bulb melted bulb holder and clear plastic lense so I now have to buy lamp holder and wait prob another week not impressed sorry you have been good in the past .

Delivery is very slow, email help advisor gave me wrong information.
The delivery is very slow, parts came from France. Also the help line is not much of a help line. The person who i contacted via email said they don't have the part however they had it listed on the website. Take photos of the broken part and compare with those listed on the web. Don't rely just on their help facility or online chat.

misleading pic - poor returns service
Part I ordered was a power wash tip, and it was not clear (pics or description) if this was a complete replacement or just a cap.
But.... with returns I thought worth a try.
Turns out it was just an overpriced outer, and the returns department are now messing about and have still not agreed a return.

Not a U.K. company, expected the part to arrive in a day or two but had to wait over a week for the part to come via France. Saying that the part works well no problems just wish i'd known it was going to take longer than expected to arrive.

You cannot speak to anyone, I only got computer generated emails, I will now only use companies that I am able contact via phone. I am not sure the reasoning of not having a call number for customer services.

Fixpart UK is not a UK company
Fixpart call themselves a UK company, they are it seems based somewhere French speaking. No problem, except my order was held in customs for 3 days which meant it took nearly a week to get here.
The description and photo of the part was very poor. I only knew I had ordered the right part when it finally arrived.
