Hi I was very impressed with the speed of service and also the regular updates informing me of the status of my order. But the main thing that swung it for me was the fact that your were actually able to source and deliver the product where as another company has kept me waiting saying the product was out of stock, then saying it was out for delivery and then to follow up with sorry no the product is actually obsolete and not manufactured anymore - I got a full refund -but NB the price they were charging was almost double what you charged me.

Because FixPart is a .co.uk website, I assumed any returns would be to a UK address, especially considering how prominently they advertise their green credentials. I had a shock when they instructed me to return the part to Italy. I sent the parcel back via Evri 4 weeks ago, but FixPart have since ignored all of my emails requesting an update on this return. I feel completely ripped off.

1st part arrived broken took an age and several emails back and forth to get another part sent out from start to finish took over a month to get sorted better and quicker customer services please not just automated answers

Expensive door switch pin

Ordered tumble dryer door switch pin which cost £20 including deliver thought it was a bit expensive for a small plastic part. Other than that it was easy to order and the part came in few days.

They had the part. I ordered it. The addition of unstated tax and expensive delivery pretty much doubled the cost. The delivery said 1 day. It arrived 5 days later.

Timliness

Took quite a while for the item to arrive. only informed of the delay by the supplier when I made contact. Part has no screw covers so looks unfinished.

CUSTOMER SERVICE NON-EXISTENT

I ordered a replacement charcoal filter for my Gaggenau extractor. I had supplied the model nr., but the wrong type was supplied. In fact two filters arrived, although the order acknowledgement and the invoice both stated one. I emailed Customer Services explaining the situation, and sent photos in order to make clear what I needed, and what had been supplied. I HAVE HAD ABSOLUTELY NO REPLY/FEEDBACK! I need info on how to return the incorrect filters, and I need you to supply the correct filter. I am not at all impressed. Why is there no Customer Services phone nr.??????? This needs to be rectified ASAP….

Expensive and slow

After ordering Sony phone part from Fixpart I subsequently found the same, genuine item for a third of the price, elsewhere. Delivery was expensive for such a small item and took more than ten days to arrive. The competitor's part was delivered in three days. Communications were good.

Item never arrived. Customer service is ok because they responded in 24h but now is long process of investigation why my stuff went to france instead uk. From 1-2 delivery days is now 8 and I'm still waiting. Maybe is just me but probably not gonna use this shop in future.

Item doesnt fit despite your website saying it does. Contacted customer services who blamed me for ordering the wrong part and expect me to pay for the return! Its not my fault your system is wrong. I expect an apology and a full refund as a minimum! Not to be blamed!

Very poor delivery time.

The website states same day dispatch but what it doesn’t say is that the part is coming from France and will take 13 days to arrive. Very poor.
