Hi I was very impressed with the speed of service and also the regular updates informing me of the status of my order. But the main thing that swung it for me was the fact that your were actually able to source and deliver the product where as another company has kept me waiting saying the product was out of stock, then saying it was out for delivery and then to follow up with sorry no the product is actually obsolete and not manufactured anymore - I got a full refund -but NB the price they were charging was almost double what you charged me.

Unfortunately I needed a part for my tumble drier and FIXPART advertised it as 'in stock' for immediate dispatch with a 1-2 working day delivery period. Once I ordered it and paid for it I got an email from a French courier saying that the item was being prepared for delivery. I contacted the FIXPART and was advised that the part was not in stock in the UK and was dispatched from a warehouse in Europe. I have been following the tracking, and the item has been (and still is) sitting in a depot in England for the past few days, labelled now as 'Parcel in Transit'. I feel I was misled by the 'in stock' status and the website description of '1-2 working days' delivery. I appreciate this is a minor incovenience not having a drier, but it's a hassle with kids and work uniforms to get dried. Cant recommend FIXPART on this basis.

Don't promise delivery that can't be met!

Promised 1 to 3 day delivery which was not met. I ordered the part which was a replacement and not original part which I accepted despite at a premium price.I queried the lack of delivery after 4 days to be pointed back to DPD Tracking which I had seen and indicated that the order had not been received. Arrived after a week. Was not aware the part was from France so could not be delivered in the promised timescale. If I had been told a week at the outset I would have been ok with this rather than getting frustrated!

Fixpart UK is not a UK company

Fixpart call themselves a UK company, they are it seems based somewhere French speaking. No problem, except my order was held in customs for 3 days which meant it took nearly a week to get here. The description and photo of the part was very poor. I only knew I had ordered the right part when it finally arrived.

The part arrived safely but it did not fit the appliance . I wished to return it to you and you asked for a photo of the model number of the fridge freezer. Since then I have had great difficulty in getting a valid email number from you to send the photo and zero response from you despite many requests.

Not a U.K company

Not a U.K. company, expected the part to arrive in a day or two but had to wait over a week for the part to come via France. Saying that the part works well no problems just wish i'd known it was going to take longer than expected to arrive.

Not the Best Experience

Part to longer than stipulated on the website to arrive and communication was very poor. Despite using the online contact feature twice I had no reply to my query. The part that arrived was correct and packaged well.

Expensive and package was very damaged on arrival. Bearing in mind I paid over £50 they could have put more effort into safe packaging. Luckily the item was not damaged.

There was no Allan key to unscrew broken part and attach new one. It it is not an ordinary screw so I will have to try and source one.

Poor descriptions and unhelpful help

The parts more often than not did not have the part number or measurements listed in the item descriptions. The staff gave incorrect advice when contacted, including suggesting obviously wrong parts, saying that a part listed as fitting the device wasn't suitable and suggesting completely unrelated parts (e.g. saying that I should be replacing a hose with a pump?!?) On the positive side, the part I received was the one that I ordered which according to the website was what I needed, and the order arrived very quickly with good packaging.

Only the price was any good

I failed to notice that this company appears not to be based in the UK. Appallingly slow dispatch and delivery, to the extent that I went and bought the required part from another company, (which took only 3 days to deliver). Price ok. Can't comment on the part because I didn't use it.

The part that was sent it absolutely useless for what was required. I had checked that the ring was appropriate for the Krups model. However, it is far too small to replace the gasket ring. I total waste of £15

You cannot speak to anyone, I only got computer generated emails, I will now only use companies that I am able contact via phone. I am not sure the reasoning of not having a call number for customer services.

Delivery forecast

Ordered a fridge part on 26/03/24 it said 1-3 days for delivery, now 3rd April still no sign of it, not sure if it is your fault or Royal Mail.
