Very professional and helpful

Quality experience from start to finish. Supplier contacted me after initial order to ensure sizing would be suitable, and to ensure I was aware of the type of leather that would be supplied with the jacket. Package arrived within the stated time, and the supplier once again contacted me to sure I was happy with product and fit.

Customer service is excellent. Although the coat I wanted was not available, all efforts were made on my behalf to satisfy the order. I'll be back! (in a broad German accent)

Buying clothing online obviously has risks compared with buying from a shop. However, UK Leather Jackets ask for comprehensive measurements that minimise the risk of clothing not fitting. From my point of view there is nothing UK Leather Jackets could do to improve their service.

Before ordering I called and spoke to a very helpful lady who took my measurements and asked how I wanted the jacket (a leather blazer) to fit then advised on the correct size. The jacket arrived the next day, fits perfectly, looks very chic and seems beautiful quality, at a very reasonable price. In all, the customer experience was excellent and the blazer has exceeded my expectations.

Sorry that I was only able to give 5 stars because they go well beyond that! I am now a pensioner who has spent most of most of my life in commerce and have always known that it does not matter what the price, it is quality and service that keeps bringing customers back and I have truthfully never had better service anywhere! On top of that I am extremely pleased with the leather jacket I bought which proved to be better than I could have hoped for. Don't waste yuor time looking elsewhere!.

To be perfectly honest i can't see anyway you can improve your service,the jacket was here 2 days after i ordered it,the customer service was second to none and the help i received from Diane was excellent ,and the jacket is perfect

I had a courtesy phone call to check that the size was correct to avoid sending the wrong size. The company is based in the UK so the jacket arrived quickly. The quality is good. After delivery I was called again to make sure I was happy with it. Very good service.
